Can’t fault them. They have always managed to see me in a punctual manner.
On Monday morning I called for an appointment. I saw the Dr 2 hours later. Had a chest x-ray the next day in the morning and had the results in the evening. Now that’s what you call a great service.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the receptionists. There are two in particular that have spoken to me like filth on the bottom of their shoe. You would think they get paid extra to be rude. Manners and kindness go a long way.

I have been registered at the practice for a few years now and have always found the staff to be very helpful and polite. The medical care has always been of a very high standard and often delivered above and beyond the normal.
Over Covid the access to care was excellent and there were none of the problems reported in other parts of the country.
My only, I hope helpful, criticism is that there should be some attention given to developing and encouraging use of, online access for communication. The NHS system which is now available I have found to be clunky, limited and offputting. In private care, email patient access is widely used and saves time and angst.

We are so lucky to have this practice in the village. The doctors are really caring and go above and beyond, and you can see your regular doctor who actually knows you. And you can usually get an appointment quickly (unlike most people in the country!). I really don't recognise some of the complaints other reviewers have left, and I think many of them would be beyond the control of the practice. The only minor thing that I would change is adding more online services (especially for routine contact, which is really laborious through the NHS website).

Regular problems with catheter supplies. The practice seems unable to send electronic prescriptions which leaves me very short of critical supplies at times. With current mail strikes this exacerbates the problems. Otherwise excellent doctors and services but let down by this one issue.

I was helped again today for the 4 months I've been waiting for dental surgery on the wisdom tooth that broke in half on a boiled sweet, last year...

I don't exactly love the side effects, but the pain management has been administered responsibly and has helped greatly through my near half-year toothache!

Can't fault them. Drs are always considerate, compassionate, reassuring and helpful. Receptionists are not grumpy but happy to help you and support understanding. Likewise, nurses, district nurses and physios are all exceptionally helpful going above and beyond. I don't want to move out of the area as Drs surgeries like this one are like gold dust...

Arrived at the pharmacy at 10.59. Didn’t realise they close at 11.00AM. Whilst approaching the door a woman came out, looked at me approaching and quickly shut the door and locked it. Appreciate you don’t need that as you are about to close but what exceptionally poor conduct and bad manners. If this was a retail business what on earth would a customer think. My prescription is sat on the shelf waiting, I would have been gone in less than 1 minute.
