My husband was told he'd receive a same day call back... we should've known better, after the last time he tried to book an appointment. Registering with a doctors elsewhere now. Avoid this practice if you can, communication and meeting standard requirements for patients isn't something they prioritise.

Receptionist are always polite and helpful. Never any trouble getting an appointment. Good Doctors too,very helpful been at this practice for decades. Fantastic.

Tried to book an appointment on their website: impossible. Rang to makeone, waited for 20 minutes only to be told the next appointment, for a telephone call back, was a month away. I've no idea how you get to actually see a doctor...Useless!

My Wife had the misfortune to speak to one of the receptionists this morning, Rude, Obnoxious, and down right unprofessional Complete waste of time trying to explain the problem to the arrogant employee who completely ignored her. The practice should be ashamed to be represented by someone like this. Oh and try to make an official complaint .....Good luck they're not interested.

I would like to say i am very disappointed with the waiting time to get through to the surgery. I have been held on line for almost 30 minutes in a que. This is not acceptable. There needs to be a different way to get through quicker i e more lines. If my call was an emergency to speak to my own gp it would not be happy at all. Please woodlands medical practice change this ASAP
