Honestly not that great of a GP. Been so many times about the same issue and they've done nothing but the same thing every time which isn't doing anything. I went a few weeks ago and i was sat in the waiting room for about an hour before I just left because the doctor wasn't even there yet. While I was waiting though the receptionist was telling a patient he has to leave and rebook for being 5 minutes late to his appointment but I was sat in the waiting room for an entire hour and didn't get seen. The whole point of an appointment is to be seen at the set time I have picked. Just because you can't wait for your patients DOESNT mean we can wait for our doctors.

Very inconsistent experiences with this surgery - some very positive, others not so much.

I requested my repeat prescription on the 10th December via the nhs app, only to check last night (17th) to see it’s been rejected by the gp - I didn’t receive any comms to tell me this had happened or why.

I’ve just phoned up to be told the gp hasn’t even put a note internally to explain why it has been rejected (great), but that I should have been getting a check every 3 months for this pill so I’m *probably* due that - that’s alarming in itself if true, given I’ve had one, maybe two checks in probably 2 years on this medication but last time a check was due I at least received a text so I knew to book in!

If I’d have been told last week that I needed a check up then I could have booked in & had my prescription without throwing my timings off. Now, I’m not going to be seen/receive my prescription in time because of Christmas etc so all of my timings are completely off because they didn’t bother to tell me when the request was rejected or why. The NHS advice also says the checks on this tablet should be 6-12 months, so who knows what is actually true!

The reception staff were extremely helpful the doctor who saw me Dr Ghaffar was the most caring GP I have seen she examined me and listened to my concerns she was very thorough and very professional. Thank you for caring .

Very bad surgery, cannot even get an appointment. Since Dr Hossain and Dr Mohanty left this surgery is going downhill. Other GPs not helpful, Avoid this surgery.

Particular big thanks to Dr. Gaffer (probably spelt wrong). She has gone above and beyond to help sort out the correct medication for me and has been extremely patient and considerate.Best doctor I have seen for a long time, and I can’t thank her and all the team enough.

Have to say my experience has been amazing. Very polite and helpful never felt I was being an inconvenience. Reception staff were fantastic and generally all staff. Going above and beyond to assist me with a Visa that they really didn't need to. Would always recommend and very happy they are my GP

Very pissed at them. The receptionist are clueless as to what an outpatient pink prescription is. One if the receptionist was even so rude to me and threw my prescription back at me when I tried to explain what this was claiming that I was rude first by answering her "no". I have tried for over a week to get my medication. Still not sorted out. Horrible practice. Will have to change my gp. I can't do this any more. Avoid them.

I am a patient of this surgery, you are very lucky to get an appointment. I have been a patient for about 10 years and even before covid it had gone down in quality. They have a eConsult online service that is shut off at random times. Even before the scheduled time of (9am). They keep patients waiting on the phone and when they finally answer they say "Sorry, all appointment today have been taken. Please try again tomorrow" When you do get through, you get a call back from a ciliation saying and I am not joking "We can't guarantee you a face to face appointment every time, because most of our doctors work from home". I personally think 1 star is highly generous. DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR!
