Not worth the astronomical price. I feel completely ripped off!! I used these people for an hour on 2 separate days as my regular lady was on holiday. I kept asking for a price before they attended my home and kept being told that their computers were down and they couldn't give me a price. I imagined that it would be similar to what I pay my regular lady. Imagine my shock when I was billed £52!! For 2 hours!! Consisted of putting the bins out and washing a few dishes. I am contesting this amount. The woman who was supposed to be dealing with me and supposed to be getting back in touch with me is Paula, but I've had nothing but an invoice.

Heritage Healthcare have looked after my mum for the last 2 months since she returned home from respite after breaking her femur and becoming wheelchair dependant. Social Services chose the carers for us. I have to say that the girls who have cared for my mum have been absolutely brilliant. We couldnt have asked for better care for her. They came on time, were polite, helpful and also took the time to have a laugh with my elderly mum and step dad, so much so they looked forward to their visits. They were also great when there were a few health concerns, ringing for an ambulance, 111 and ourselves. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. THANK YOU!
