I absolutely love going to see Michelle for reflexology, I first went a few years ago and she was the person who encouraged me to train in this profession I have now been practicing reflexology myself for some time, and I love it. I usually go to sleep whilst on her extremely relaxing couch, I love the room, the views and relaxing music. Michelle has a lovely calming nature and nurturing touch. I feel lucky to have met Michelle, we both offer each other monthly treatment swaps because we both know the huge benefits reflexology has to offer.

As someone that struggles with anxiety and sleeping well, the sessions I have with Michelle are truly the most relaxing.
The 90 mins spent having the reflexology are relaxing and sometimes the calmest of my week, I always leave feeling lighter and brighter.
Michelle is attentive, she listens to everything you say and asks all the right questions, making you feel comfortable and at home in the lovely therapy room and surroundings.
I’d recommend Michelle to anyone wishing to have reflexology for the very first time or to try anew with somebody new x

I absolutely love coming for a reflexology and indian head massage with Michelle. The reflexology is so relaxing and soothing. Michelle spends time getting to know her clients and never rushes the treatments. It is very peaceful and I always leave feeling like I am walking on air. I look forward to my next visit. Michelle also gives clients a loyalty card which is excellent. I would definitely recommend Feet First to anyone wanting a relaxing, chilling and pleasant treatment.

I can honestly say I have never been more relaxed in my life after my treatment.

I've had what I thought was reflexology in the past, but they were nothing but a don't massage compared to Michelle's treatment.

I had the aroma reflexology and it was amazing - I even dozed off a couple of times during the treatment!

The location is really relaxing, hearing the birds in the garden was lovely, and Michelle puts you completely at ease.

Michelle had blended a cream for me and I got to take what she didn't use home with me, which was a bonus.

I was lucky enough to get a voucher for Christmas, but I am definitely making the treatment regular part of my routine.

I can't recommend Michelle enough if you want a truly relaxing experience.

I have said for many years that I would never have reflexology - I do not like people touching my feet and I am extremely ticklish. I had suffered for a few weeks with painful sinuses and headaches and was desperate for some relief. I bit the bullet and made an appointment with Michelle. Well what can I say the best thing I could have done!! Within a couple of days I felt so much better it was amazing. I have since been back for another session. Michelle is very professional and works in a friendly, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend Michelle even if you have no medical reason the relaxation is fantastic. I will definitely be going back. Thank you.

I love my reflexology with Michelle. It is so relaxing and you feel amazing afterwards. I suffer with leg issues but they always feel much better when they have had the reflexology. Michelle is highly recommended.
