Had an emergency dentist appointment booked for 7pm. Got there 15 minutes early and was told we were not on the system and the last appointment had already gone through. Was then advised to go to a place in Trafford only to find out that it was closed! The woman behind the counter was very, very rude and sent us on a wild goose chase. I am very disgusted in how we were treated and I do not reccomend this place.

Went at 16.00 on a Friday. Just walked in, well received at reception and gave a few details. Seen by Triage nurse within about 10m and the doctor after about an hour. Good Treatment all round. Recommended.

Brother had an appointment for 8pm with a severe ear infection, only to be told to go home as its full. They said it doesn't matter if he had an appointment or not, they closed it. Absolute joke since they moved into tameside hospital, you were always seen when it was at the last location. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

My 17 month old daughter was really poorly yesterday I took her here as she was weezing and having difficulty, the nurse assessed my daughter and says yes sounds bronchial which I agreed anyway then doctor seen her and by this point my daughter was in distress what baby wouldn't be anyway Dr says she's clear don't know how when clearly can't hear much as she's crying, completely dismissed me, so I go home and call 111 to then be rushed to hospital as my baby needs oxygen, we stayed over night and now on steroids and an inhaler do not put it trust in the Ashton go to doc because it's clear they really don't care!!!!!!

Old information. Went to Tameside Hospital as that's the new location at 8am. Reception staff very rude and said it's not open until 9am. Website opening time wrong and staff attitude is appalling.

The service used to be great at old street now it's at tameside hospital it's horrendous I walked out after 3 hour wait because the attitude of reception when asking a simple question was awful they also don't tell you the wait times so be aware of this

Ridiculously long waits ... Over 3 hours
This service was much better in its original location and seemed to run more efficiently
Not enough staff to cover such a large population of service users
