Very hit and miss. Getting an appointment virtually impossible. It is via an online mail system now not by phone but they even remove that link when they have had enough (literally) and then give attitude when you ring. To be fair they have a receptionist who is lovely and I wish I knew her name to let her know but most are obstructive rude and incompetent. Similarly. The Gp, you never know who you’re getting, can be great or dismissive. Overall, the aim seems to be to prevent as many patients as possible from entering the premises. Need an emergency appointment? They’ll send you elsewhere. The building/ parking/ pharmacy all very convenient but it’s still not worth it. If you can avoid. Avoid.

I will make this brief as a warning to others
Only attended or made 1 medical appointment the outcome was serealy idiotic.
For several years I have demanded a explanation, massive amount of effort on my behalf meet with ignorance.they totally ignore requests from specialists (over 10 occasions).
I have attended hospital in extreamly bad heath and given medication withheld from this practice.
around 6 requests for my medical records all refused.
Communication with manager denied they have actually made me near 100% house bound.
Now I am left with a choice carry on or porsiqut....prosecute sorry

Untold previous requests made and ignored now in hours they want to talk to me.
Post your logic in such idiocy for me to submit to the powers that be.
Coments condemnation to be addressed in writing you take into account all I say is quantifiable.
I would also be interested in joint prosecution the word around is you are a disgusting ignorant set of clowns.
At least 4 applications made this year 10 plus in all

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!

No chance of an appointment, can not get in touch with anyone unless willing to spend 1hr on the phone. been trying to get an appointment for over 2 weeks and no chance of getting anywhere close. in the process of changing doctors.

My husband was in hospital with sepsis, when discharged was told by the consultant to make an appointment to see his GP as soon as he got home. This proved impossible, he managed to see a
Health care assistance who couldn’t prescribe the medication he needed. I then asked the receptionist for an appointment to see the doctor as advised and again when he got there he saw a nurse. He never actually got to see a GP
Today tried to make an appointment and told you can’t do it over the phone. He wasn’t able to access online as said it was unavailable to make routine appointments? Not sure what you are supposed to do anymore to see a doctor?

Worst practice ever! They won’t book over the phone you must book online. One you booked online they tell you they don’t see your online request and you must wait another day and try again! Absolute joke this place. GP suppose to rearrange a call and she never did never called on the scheduled appointment. I have no more patience with this practice will be moving away. AVOID IF YOU CAN

This medical practice is getting worse and worse.
Poor service from staff.
I can't get a sick note after seeing a GP doctor with severe migraines and spending a night in A&E .
On Friday on the day of the appointment the Doctor said he can't write a sick note until it's 7 days self care.
Now I have to wait for 2 weeks for telephone call to *discuss* the sick note.
This is so stressful having to explain to my manager that after being off for 3 weeks I can't get a sick note from my GP.
The staff don't care about patients interests,views and opinions..
Whatever they say over the phone it's final.
I've been with this GP for 14 years the Doctors and the receptionist by then were amazing they used to go over board for the patients. They listened and advised in a way that you are happy and satisfied.
And they chased up anything that was pending.

This surgery absolutely joke took me 4 to 5 weeks register my wife and 7 month baby and they lost my baby vaccine record and registration papers and it’s impossible to make a appointment with doctor when you get one you only see a nurse not a doctor. Now I moved to different surgery only took 3 days to register. Now we are up to date with new surgery.

Disappointing. Had a 10 month old baby with a serious allergic reaction and we were turned away at front desk. No help or advice given. We were not urgent enough to see a GP/nurse.
