Had an appointment today with Claire and I’m genuinely grateful for how kind and professional she was. It was my first time having this type of check up, and I was nervous, but she made me feel completely at ease. Despite her busy schedule, she kept the slot open for me, knowing how important it was not to delay it. Her thoughtfulness and calm approach made all the difference. Thank you, Claire, for the outstanding care. Claire doesn’t just rhyme with care she truly lives up to it.

Giving 5 stars to the surgery but only because of Dr Moghal and Claire the nurse, absolutely amazing treatment from both ladies, can't fault them! Doctor Moghal listens and shows she truly cares about her patients, she's an amazing doctor & Claire is brilliant no nerves needed when seeing her she instantly puts you at ease. Fantastic care all round 😀

Only leaving 5 stars because of Dr Moghal and how amazing she is. Always attentive and genuinely concerned about her patients. One of the best doctors in the practice and deserves more recognition. Reception staff need customer service training and getting through to someone for an appointment in the morning is impossible.

Doctor Moghal is the best Doctor I have ever seen. She actually cares and makes sure you feel listened to and that everything is sorted out. Been with the surgery all my life and never had any problems all the staff have always been really good .

Wanted to give a shout out to Claire, had a procedure with her and I’ve never felt so relaxed! She’s absolutely amazing, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else but her! She makes you feel so comfortable and it makes such a difference! Thanks Claire! You’re amazing!

Terrible practice, can't book an appointment for my son to see his GP at anytime in the future as they are fully booked. They didnt even offer an appointment for 3-4 weeks time and was told to ring 111.

Been with this surgery for over 15 years, since Doctor Hampson left the only good doctor still there is Dr Moghal, Peter and Jackie were good too but sadly they've left. The receptionist at this surgery play God, they are uncaring and don't know there ass from their elbows! You cannot get an appointment more chance of winning the lottery. Try ringing at 8am get through at 8.10 all appointments are gone. Go in surgery at 8am they won't let you see the doctor you want they put you with a locum or a doctor that is new and clueless! At present looking for a new surgery sadly in oldham it seems a growing trend nobody gives a damn!
