Been calling for nearly 2 weeks for an appointment, been told to go A&E instead when my GP said to make an appointment if I experienced the issues I am, called 111 and even they told me it’s an issue to call my GP about instead of A&E. Tried explaining that to the receptionist but she’s adamant I should go A&E instead and said even if I call back in a few days, she’ll say she has no appointments which is untrue as I know others who have called within the same time I have. Lack of empathy, compassion & basic understanding. Not willing to even listen.

OMG!! The receptionist is so rude! She’s called Iqra AND she said on the phone ‘I don’t care’ when I told her the medical issue! Why are you even sitting there if you don’t know how to deal with patients. Please sign up to another practice or just don’t waste your energy speaking with her! Because clearly she doesn’t care. I called 11pm on Friday and got an appointment however called today at 8:31 and they had no appointments for the next 2 weeks!! AND SHE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

Doshsuting manners and behaviour from receptionist. It is always an argument as to why I need an appointment. Receptionists are adamant that I don't need one even after being told by my doctor previously to call in case of any complications. Receptionists always turn patients away from making an appointment. Instead of acting like the doctors, maybe it would be better if they actually did their jobs and listened to the patients to give them an appointment. These receptionists would rather see patients suffer and listen to them beg for an appointment before even attempting to look for/book an appointment for them.

I wish I could give less than zero to the unprofessional , untrained and careless Receptionist = IQRA
Not had a single appointment in the last 5 years and called today to make an appointment in the morning, she hang up straightaway. If you don’t want to work don’t come to work. When you are at work you have some duty of care for others

I received a phone call for a 10 am appointment when I got to the practice the receptionist said it is 11:15.
I had another appointment at 10:45 so I left and tried to make it back for 11:15.
On my way back I received two phone calls from the practice which I answered however, the person hang up without speaking to me. I tried to call back but no one answered the phone.
When I got to the practice I was told the nurse won't be able to see me because she had a full clinic and my next appointment is December.
The lady next to me said unless you call at 8am and and to my surprise, the receptionist told the strange the procedure I was to have done and proceeded to explain to the strange way my appointment is will be in December.
They are so unprofessional in this practice. Unbelievable g

When I do manage to see either of the doctor Jalals' or the health care professionals they are very good. However the receptionists, although usually quite polite seem determined to stop me getting an appointment (lack of staff) or delaying my prescription being sent to the chemist by not downloading my blood results. Perhaps they have taken on too many patients for the practice. Very frustrating 😕
