I honestly don’t know where we’d be without the amazing team at Bluebird Care in Oldham. My mum, Pat, has been housebound for almost a year, and it’s been such a difficult time for her and all of us. But with the care, support, and genuine kindness of the Bluebird team, things have turned around in ways we never imagined possible.

Thanks to their encouragement and help, Mum has been able to get out shopping again something she used to love and missed so much. It might seem like a small thing, but for her, it’s been a huge step towards feeling like herself again. She’s also now able to bathe properly and safely, which has brought her so much comfort and dignity.

One of the things that really stood out to me is how attentive the team has been. They noticed that Mum was struggling to remember to take her medication, and without hesitation, they put procedures in place to make sure she stays on track. It’s this kind of proactive care that shows just how dedicated and thoughtful they are.

The Bluebird team go above and beyond every single day. On her birthday, they even surprised Mum with a card and a gift, a small gesture, maybe, but it meant the world to her (and to us). It’s those little things that show just how much they truly care.

I can’t thank the team enough for everything they’ve done. They’ve given my mum her freedom, her confidence, and most importantly, her smile back. We’re so grateful and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Bluebird Care in Oldham to anyone who needs genuine, heartfelt support for their loved ones.

I can’t thank Jon and the team at Bluebird Care Oldham enough for their kindness and support after my hip operation. I felt a bit daft asking for help since it was only short-term, but they reassured me straight away and made me feel completely at ease. They genuinely cared, went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable, and made my recovery so much easier. In fact, because of my ongoing medical conditions and disabilities, I’ve decided to keep my care sessions going,and I wouldn’t have it any other way. If you need care, even for a short time, I highly recommend them,absolutely fantastic team!
