Very good experience.
I was there for an ultrasound, I got an appointment over the phone 2-3 weeks out.
On arrival there were available parking places and parking is for free if you show a proof of appointment.
I got called in very quickly, in about 5-10 min. The healthcare staff were
quick, professional and nice.
Highly recommend this hospital. Thank you!

Took my 2 yr old today, he's flat footed, and lately I noticed his foot turning inwards a lot, arrived for the appointment and podiatrist had a bad attitude, she went on to say she doesn't see his foot turning in, but also said they turn inwards and it's normal for children that age, she was patronising asking did I not know that and didn't the health visitor not tell me, and in a condescending way said "every person on the planet goes through that stage" I told her sorry for wasting her time and she said it's okay, rather than reassuring me I hadn't wasted her time. She was arrogant and spoke to me like I was stupid. The previous podiatrist was great and pointed out he is more flat footed on his right foot, which today she said he is not, when I can quite clearly see he is, being flat footed myself.

2 years later had to attend again and saw the same podiatrist. Once again arrogant and rude, my son has ASD and SCD and in a horrible tone she said "does he not have ADHD" he was well behaved just giddy and jumping like most autistic children, she had no patience for him at all and said he was faffing about because he held my hand as she asked for him to walk down the corridor. He is unsteady on his feet and has no awareness of his surroundings therefore he holds my hand at all times, and she rudely said "can he not walk alone". She kept talking over me, I asked for a copy of the records on the system including today's appointment to support his DLA, well then her face dropped she straight up said no and refused my rights to his podiatry notes and said DLA can contact them if need be. (He receives DLA already, I just wanted documents if they're needed in the future). She went out of her way to be so awkward and rude, I asked for her name at reception but was told "I don't know sorry" I also asked for the notes for my son and told to ring a number I can't get through to. She was saying "this isn't a disability" which I'm aware of however she has no understanding of mentally impaired children who need support when walking. She discriminates against people with disabilities. I mentioned that his feet have gotten worse for turning inwards and she even said I can see why he's tripping over his own feet. I asked if there's any other support as well as his insoles she shrugged her shoulders and said "no just deal with it" he will outgrow the intoeing (even though it's way worse now) and went on to say 30% of the population are flat footed. Completely unprofessional and rude the way she talks to people.

Worst doctors ive ever had. Hearded in like cattel and thats if you can get an appointment
Stand at reception and have to wait 5mins for them to finish there little chin wag before they speak to you. Then sit down and wait about 30mins past your appointment before you get seen. Not because they with a patient but because they prob on phone asking there other half whats for tea.
Had about 5 different doctors in the past 3 years and not 1 of them know your history or do there homework prior to seeing you. Also since when have receptionists been able to look at your medical records.
Doctor patient confidenciality is well and truely none existant in this place. My son has a major heart condition and they prescribed the wrong doseage medicine for him.
I reverted to getting my prescription through pharmacy to you for my sciatica to save appointments for the more vulnerable . Now however the doctor just doesnt even bother acknowledging when i ask for a prescription.
Why did my old doctor have to retire. He knew my life always asked how family was because we was all with him. True gent of a doctor from me being a kid. Even used visit my house to assess me when i was a child. Now you cant even get a doctor to say hello how are you these days. Just take a seat whats the problem , there u go off ya pop, again thats if you can get to see 1. I could go on with way more extreme like nearly killing my child as a baby fobbing us off with viruses when we knew better ourselves but just to long a story.

Went Fri. 1st Sept. Car park barriers broken as usual and car park full.
Worse. As I entered ICC I noticed people leaving. Lift not working but no reason apparent. Looked around area, found staircase and walked to 4th floor Audio clinic. No one around. Eventually told that the building was evacuated because of a fire alarm. Terrible management bordering on useless.
