This was by far the worst thing I've ever done in my life using these people! I've sent my documents in so many times and proved it to them by email with their own confirmation
Over 6 years later I'm still on the merry go round from hell with a new agent every single time wanting to go back to the beginning
Does anyone know how to finally sort this , I'm in despair
Read their standard replies which are the same for everyone
Please don't use them there are so many easier ways as I've found out now (wish I'd known then) start with citizens advice it's free and none of the stress you'll get with this money grabbing firm

IVA due to finish next year. All of a sudden I'm being threatened with things going back to creditor's as they haven't received paperwork to update my account. I've sent it 4 times. Each time I get threatening letters or emails saying as I haven't responded they will send it back to creditor's. Each time I speak to someone they tell different things I need to send in to complete paperwork. Then I still get messages telling me the same thing, we will be sending it back to the creditor's. Really getting me down.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. The worst decision I’ve ever made dealing with this company. After 4 years they are still asking for payslips for a period when I was unemployed. P60’s have been sent in the past to prove this but they’ve either lost them or have no means to track correspondence sent. 7 and a half years into an IVA and just been given 30 days notice to provide info I can’t or it’s in the hands of the creditors who can claim all moneys owed. 50% of what I’ve paid has gone to this useless bunch.

What a useless unhelpful company. Thought we had finally finished dour IVA in August only to now be recieving constant emails saying we haven't sent in our wages slips etc. i have had nothing but issues regarding them not recieving the wage slips etc now I have put in a complaint and will be looking into taking legal advise and showing all the other reviews about missing information. This is our CONFIDENTIAL PRIVATE information they are loosing. The place needs shutting down! And when speaking to someone all you get is (it's not lost you haven't sent it) no your clearly using something that is not secure and our information has gone missing! Then threatening me with taking back to creditors. Well whilst your at it make sure to tell them your the reason they haven't got all the information! 🤬 And making mine and my husband's mental health bad!

I have been with this company for a long time, and I honestly can't fault them. I suffer with anxiety (due to debt) and they have been very kind, patient and very understanding with me any time I have spoken with someone either on the phone of via the chat. I am now debt free,I'm happy to say. I have to say a specific thank you to Jess from the settlement team who has been lovely, understanding and extremely helpful. And also Bradley,whom I have spoke with via online chat on multiple occasions. He always very helpful. I am sorry for anyone who hasn't had a good experience,but I can honestly say they have been fantastic over the past 7 years. Thank you!

Well what can I say. This past year the service has been awful. I send the documents they want and then they say I have not uploaded them. I tried to message them then they ignore my message then they said a totally different message. They have caused me so much stress and this has caused me to have negative thoughts effecting my mental. My IVA is suppose to finish in May 2024 but due to them messing up I have extra to pay. This is a poor company who is suppose to help you but just causes more stress. But I guess it’s because they want you to continue to pay more money due to the IVA. I just want to clear the balance I owe then never have to deal with them again but no one will answer me but I am sure they will if I stop paying. The customer service is terrible.

Awful awful experience. Similar to other reviews. Say they need documents, I send, they say I haven’t. Due to finish soon, miraculously they find more money owing adding a further 2 years to my already 5 years with them!!! One minute I owe an additional £1900+ , then £1200+ then lo and behold someone else is messaging saying it’s £2000+ Does anyone know what they’re doing there?!! Avoid at all costs. I regret being a part of this company. It hasn’t helped, it’s made me more miserable. The records never seem correct on the online portal. You speak to a bunch of people claiming they’re helping / doing something and it never happens. I have no faith when they contact me

Staff are very helpful and great to talk to also go the extra mile to put you at ease if your stressed or worried about anything would strongly recommend FWG
