I had painfull experience with them ,my carer (Sema)was late too much and not honest,trying don't work any thing if she can,giving a lot of reason to escape from working like she is pregnant (if she need carer ,she had to ask carer for her again ,not go to help people as a carer)
That make me in stress ,almost I wait 1 or 2 hours ,sometimes I lost my appointments.
I complainted to office,asking change her or be on time ,without any result
