Get rid of the receptionist! There are plenty of decent people who would be happy to have her job and they would actually do it to a good standard. I dont know what she is busy with but her core job is supposed to be dealing with patients.

I just rang this morning asking for a matb1 form which I urgently need. She first hung up then told me to request this from my midwife (who obviously works at the practice). She gave me an incomplete number to ring and kept hanging up afterwards. Madam if you dont like your job bloody quit.

I thought a medical receptionist is supposed to make you feel welcome when you are attending to things you could be worried about like your health or the health of a baby. The woman on the reception here is the rudest woman I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She needs sacking asap and the rest of the reviews agree with me!

It is absolutely a horrendous and such a difficult place to make an appointment by phone. I work in Nhs. I know how is to work under pressure and I do not know even know if they do, but the way the answer, (when they answer) the way they speak, and the manners show are just awful. It is a shame there are such people working in those possitions while others awaiting. Someone should take disciplinary actions. The guy, with an foreign accent (this is just my only way to describe him, no racism at all as I am the first foreigner here) and the lady with calm and soft voice are just the most opposite to the proffesional.

Waiting for the doctor for long time, when while others are calling the names. Service was not very good and the rest of doctors, taking too much longer time, (I'm really really miss old doctors) and the new doctors, not very helpful and check ups for any pains or not given any medicals pain killer, which I still I really really HATE the flu jabs (in summer time and winter), it's doesn't work for me anymore, I try and try, cold flu still catching me all the time.

Honestly since Dr Jabba has been working in the surgery, it has gone down hill. With his perverted looks and attitude.
He's just a simple disgrace to the profession.
And the receptionist have become the same.
Bad apple always infects the tree. Stay away from this place. Since I've been at Dr Ashworth surgery in Didsbury it has made me realise that
Dr Jabba is best suited in a refugee camp so he can do what he like without detection.
Don't be a pervert all you life Dr Jabba. Wait till people read this you may have some legal issues.
