Absolutely shocking level of care. If you you want your relative to spoken to like an idiot or ignored all together whilst they talk to some one else in the room instead go for it. Or if you want the same clown to turn up who just opens and closes the door waiting for someone to come and greet her even though your relative is mobility impaired choose I care. If you want to just re do everything you’ve just paid the visiting “ carer “ to do yourself definitely go with them. If you want them to turn up not engage with your relative and have them just stand in front of you watching you take a piss choose I care. I care doesn’t know the meaning of the word care I doubt half of them can spell it. They’re only interested in shooting off to the next job and cutting the half hour you’ve paid for into ten minutes so they can do the bare minimum. Quite how they’re used by social services is beyond me. Absolutely disgusting level of care , DO NOT USE

To be fair I wouldn't even rate ICare 1star only had to because thats the only way I get to leave a comment. But the carers are always late in the morning only come in make a flask of tea some toast or cornflakes empty piss bottles and go not even there for 10 minutes. I actually checked the flask and hadnt been washed for weeks They don't clean. They left dirty washing in the machine for two to three days there's no consistency. No cleaning schedule. One women emptied my dad's pee pot with her own hands as she said she couldn't be bothered going to the car for gloves. Plus they get his shopping wrong even with a written list! Or call him and tell him it's delayed by a day to do his shopping. Absolutely crap company

My mother was assigned to this company through the hospital, and I must express my deep dissatisfaction with their service. The morning calls have consistently been two hours late, and they fail to notify us in advance. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable.

Do not let your loved ones have care under this company! They don’t turn up due to several staff sickness with no warning when they do turn up either stay for 10 mins out of 45 min call, don’t take care of personal hygiene, forget medication and finally broke my dad’s cupboard door and offer a measly £15 as ‘good will gesture’. They deny everything when I send them cctv to back everything up. Reported to cqc. New managements attitude is cocky, unsympathetic and appauling

Shocking. Just SHOCKING! Worst company to work for. No PPE used. Make you sort out your own transport when you don’t even drive. Left residents to lay in their own mess for 2 hours!!! Because they change the rota around so much!! Just absolutely disgusting and beyond unprofessional! I do NOT recommend
