I recently received my certification for my Level 5 Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation course I began in July 2023.

A really indepth and thorough course.
There is a lot of coursework and techniques to take on board, but it has made such a difference to my ability as a therapist of 12 years and to what I can offer my clients.

I have recently undertook Level 1 acupuncture with AHG and have Level 2 in October, also.

I couldn't recommend Active Health Group enough.
The Level 5 course was tough but well worth the workload and fun of exams!

The tutors and students on the courses I've been on were great.
Really friendly and knowledgeable and from varied backgrounds as therapists, to add to my learning experience.

If you want to improve your knowledge and skills as a therapist and have the right mindset, I would definitely recommend courses with Active Health Group.

An added bonus during my Level 5 course was the change to where AHG are now based, at The Monastery in Manchester, such an amazing venue and worth a visit in its own right.

I enrolled in the online, self-paced Level 6 Health Coaching and Nutritional Therapy Course, expecting a high-quality learning experience. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the content provided. The course consists of unedited recordings from previous live sessions, which include irrelevant segments such as student introductions, technical difficulties, and prolonged periods of inactivity during breakout sessions. This format is highly unprofessional and not conducive to effective learning.

Moreover, the tutor appeared unprepared and disorganized, further detracting from the educational value of the course. I reached out to the team at Active Health Group on 16 August to speak to them about my concerns and I haven't had one meaningful response. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable for a program of this level and cost. I strongly recommend considering other institutions that, while potentially more expensive, offer a far more professional and structured learning experience.

Congratulations on passing my practical assessment with Sports Therapy in L5! Lots of thanks to AHG teachers and school management!

On the assessment day, to my great surprise, some of the students spent 2-3 years preparing their levels, and everybody felt so confident before the actual assessment started.

It’s been so fruitful a learning process, passed or failed periodically. After the test, I talked with a few peer students and found everybody has embarked on a new journey, Medical Acupuncture, Clinical Pilates, or planned for the new courses of Nutrition, Oncology Massage, Myofascial Release….

I am so grateful for the opportunity learning with AHG, which has cultivated not only our specialized techniques and capability of solving problems as a qualified physio therapist, but also our strength and resilience as a constant learner.

I am convinced that the Clinical Pliates course with AHG will bring me to even higher a starting point…

Just finished f2f Level 3 mat Pilates instructor course with AHG recently. Another rewarding experience! Lovely class, lovely people!

Like all the other tutors from the school, professional, loving, Kirsty and Gill are very encouraging and supportive. Kirsty always has a way to bring people together, people of all backgrounds to get involved, because she loves and cares. I’ve found the grace & beauty of Pilates in class.

Recalling my own experience, only if I had had the first training class with AHG years ago!
I can never tell how much effort the school has put to provide quality training for our course in L5 Clinic Sports Therapy. Every time I review feedbacks from Nikki, Beth and Tanya, I’ve felt as if in class again, they talked to me, nicely, seriously, with great details. Behind every single note taken from classes with Richard and Christine, there always reminds me of a perfect combination of their real world experiences and in-depth theoretical explanation, bunches of laughter every now and then in the classroom.

AHG is such a special existence!
In today’s fast-paced world, fast food, fast lane, but nothing fast here in class. Patience & perseverance is the only key of progression towards profession—apart from the courses I’ve taken, this is something else valuable I’m learning from AHG.

I would always feel proud of myself being the tiny part of AHG, yesterday, today and tomorrow.

To start a new career, to update your knowledge as a high standard health professional, choose AHG, you will never regret! (Sunny)

Active health group have the best tutors I’ve ever had the pleasure of training with, their knowledge is amazing as they have real world experience.
I started training as a level 3 sports massage therapist and now I’m heading towards my masters in sports massage and rehabilitation with the help and guidance from all the AHG tutors and staff.
