Had my laser session with April and honestly, she was amazing! From the second I walked in, she made me feel super comfortable and at ease. I was a bit nervous at first, but she’s got such a calm, friendly vibe that I felt totally relaxed in no time. I am extremely happy with Dr Liliana, she is very professional yet friendly. She makes me feel very comfortable and provides a lot of information about the treatments, what to expect, any side effects and post-treatment care.
Also, she always gives the best advice about my individual needs and even if I ask for fillers etc., she advises me against this, if it will result in unnatural look. Instead she informs me of a combination of facials and injectables that are the most adequate for my skin. Highly recommended!

I am very happy with my treatment with Sam today. She was very patient and professional. She patiently laser all over my body to make sure she doesn't miss any spot and advised me on how to shave efficiently in future.
I am very impressed with the treatment and I hope to see her again. Definitely the best therapist I had experience so far. I am sure the result will be very prominent as she spent longer than I usually would and had a lot more coverage too. Keep up with the good work!

I had a facial recently in Trafford and while the result itself was good, the overall experience was quite uncomfortable. I arrived early as advised, expecting to complete the form and prepare calmly. However, no one mentioned I needed to know my exact skincare products, and I ended up feeling really embarrassed trying to recall them on the spot, with staff waiting and watching. The treatment, which I understood should take 30–60 minutes, only lasted around 15 minutes. It felt rushed, especially as the beautician seemed more focused on selling a package than delivering a full treatment. I would’ve appreciated clearer communication and a more relaxed experience.

I absolutely love Safa! She takes her time to really make me comfortable and at ease, she’s constantly communicating throughout the procedure which helps a lot. She also spends a good time explaining what to do next which is good reminder for me. I’m so glad she’s my practitioner, she really makes me feel comfortable!

Just had my laser hair removal session with Caroline in Manchester which was lovely. She was professional and friendly. Explaining everything she was doing and made me feel at ease. Cannot recommend her enough! I am yet to see the result from the laser hair removal, but I am happy with the service so far from Therapies Clinic.
