Got a forensic psychiatrist, to prepare a defence report for a client who had suffered horrendous life changing injuries in a near fatal RTA, where he suffered hypoxia.

The psychiatrist, a Dr Irfan Rafiq made an entry in the report, to direct the jury to find the defendant guilty, saying as much as his disorder would have driven him to react in the way that was alleged, even though, after a 5 day trial, he was proven to be and found not guilty by reason of self defence.

Avoid this company like the plague for psychiatric defence reports, clearly they have no problem discriminating against people who have suffered extream trauma, who are attacked by several rottweilers and their owner, then an 'expert' forensic psychiatrist, attempts to direct a jury, in his report to send an innocent person to prison.
