I’ve been disappointed with this pharmacy since Everest took over. The staff seem less welcoming, and the space is often cluttered with boxes and medication. It wasn’t like this before the change in management.

Today I had a particularly frustrating experience. My GP requested that my medication be dispensed in a blister pack—something I genuinely need to help me stay on track with my tablets. I’ve tried standard weekly pill boxes, but they don’t suit my needs. Blister packs let me see at a glance whether I’ve taken my dose, which is critical for me due to always forgetting whether I have taken my medication.

When I asked, the pharmacy refused, saying “it’s just one tablet.” To me, that misses the point—blister packs are an essential aid for anyone who needs a visual reminder and proper dosing. After being turned away, I’ve decided to move my prescriptions to a pharmacy that will accommodate this request.

A poor experience when having microsuction conducted on my ears. After fantastic over the phone service, to book the appointment, the practitioner who attended to my ears was forceful and rushed. I told him at one point that it was sore and he said ‘it’s because it’s an awkward angle’. The process felt very painful and very expensive too, as most competitors offer the service for less than £60. Nearly four days later and my ears are still really sore from the process.

Recently moved to this pharmacy when they took over from Cockers. My 1st repeat prescription was a nightmare but they sorted it quickly and delivered it. 2nd repeat was a better experience in all. Delivery driver was kind and punctual. Have patience with them as they're dealing with a lot of new patients (customers), over all a good experience.

Turned up for a pre-arranged appointment for ear wax removal.
Deposit was pre-paid and I arrived on time only to be told that they did not have an ear wax removal machine and to try again at a later date. If they knew that they could not do the job, why take my deposit ? and at least let me know saving a wasted journey.
