Couldn't be happier with my experience. Lady on reception was lovely and she got me seen last minute with no issue. My therapist was Charlie and he was brilliant, I wasn't the easiest of patients but he was really understanding which made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The treatment he gave me was great and I feel alot more confident about my injury and what I can do to help it heal. Thank you 😊

I'm a repeat customer of the practice with an ongoing injury. I missed an appointment by getting the days mixed up. The owner of the business has refused to let me rebook and taken my money.

I can't see the sense in it as she would rather take my approx £60 now and lose me as a customer than receive £100s if not £1000s from ongoing treatment.

It's clear they are more interested in money in their pocket rather than genuinely caring about their clients.

I was told it was fine to rebook the first appointment and not made aware of any problems. I hoped your business would have more understanding for a mixed up day.

I have been going to the village physio on and off for 7 years. They are brilliant. The physios fix me up everytime. They are knowledgeable, diligent and have many tools like acupuncture. I also have had many massages there and all the therapists are brilliant. Apply the right pressure and work on focal points to make aches and pains disappear! I can always get an appt and they open late and weekends. Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have also just had my 83year old mum there as was struggling to walk. She saw Juan who did massage/manipulation and has come out a new person not just in her walking but confidence, mindset, knowledge, plan of attack!

Friendly service and they were able to fit me in the evening I called due to a cancellation. The clinic itself is tiny, but the rooms are big enough for what they are used for. I paid £50 for an initial consultation where my injury was assessed. The consultation also included a massage of the affected area and advice on exercises or need to do to strengthen the injured muscles and tendons. I will go back in two weeks time to see if it is improving and to get some more advanced exercises to help strengthen the area further.

Have swapped to this physio following a recommendation from a friend of mine. Went yesterday and feel really confident that for the first time in years my back problem will be sorted out. So professional, easy to understand and patient - and really welcoming atmosphere too. Almost (almost!) looking forward to my next appointment. My back feels better already and more importantly, I really feel like I'm in safe and experienced hands - 5 stars!!!
