I completed the daisy birthing class with Hazel. I found this class both informative and relaxing. It was conducted over zoom, once a week in the evening. This actually suited me because it meant that I was comfortable and relaxed in my own home, and at the end of the session I was able to go straight to bed which was lovely because the class left me feeling so relaxed. Hazel conducted the class very well over zoom, giving each of us ladies a chance to speak and share our experiences from the previous week. She also was very good with smoothly moving her camera so that we had a good view of her throughout the session when she would show us new movements. I would highly recommend this class for expectant mums. Not only is it enjoyable and a chance to connect with other mums, it teaches you great skills for breathing, movements, and understanding your body during labour and birth.
