I had a great experience at the OrthTeam Centre and just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone there. After seeing Dr. Murray and getting diagnosed with De Quervain’s, they managed to fit me in for an ultrasound guided steroid injection straight away, which I really appreciated.

Alison and Dr. Kirwadi were brilliant during the procedure. I’m really not good with needles, but they were so friendly and calm, and really helped put me at ease. They talked me through everything and made the whole thing feel much less scary than I expected.

Everyone I met at the centre was lovely and professional. You can tell they really care about their patients. I felt well looked after from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

My name is Nigel Howard and I am under the care of Dr NG and I have decided supposed to review my treatment whilst being under the care department in your establishment. Dr Angie was polite, informative and very professional and telling me exactly what was wrong with Me, Spire what he proposed to do, and what is expected outcome was. The two ladies who dealt with me when I attended my post procedure follow-up was showing examples of the Spire recruitment policy. Sarah and Allison offered more than just the odd bandage and plaster. They embrace the very spirit Of Florence nightingale demonstrating heartfelt compassion, care and comfort you in conversation with them both. I might add to this that i also suffer from Parkinson’s disease which has recently accelerated. Furthermore. The day of my appointment, Queen is heading with the anniversary of the death of three of my colleagues in the Work In Work related incident. So, safe to say. I was pretty low .when I drove to the hospital that morning. However, my experience with Dr Angie and these two ladies insured that I left your establishment in a better frame of mind. Could you please pass on my sincere thanks to them

First time in the UK medical system, and I must say I was blown away. From start to finish I was looked after and seen on time by both nurses and specialists and was very satisfied with my experience and treatment.

Thank you so much to everyone at The OrthTeam Centre for I arrived at 10am for my medial branch nerve block and I was sent home by 11am. For the hour I was there I was so beautifully looked after by these amazing people

What amazing treatment i had today, Billy on reception was beyond helpful and accommodating. He queried the charge id been quoted and went out of his way to check it and ended up clarifying that the amount was a lot less
His colleague Alison went above and beyond and clarified everything for me which resulted making my day, so much so I was on the verge of crying with relief and had goosebumps 🙏🏻🥰 Alison was in my treatment with me and was so caring and emphatic she put me at ease and I felt valued as a patient and more
I can’t express enough my gratitude about the kindness I experienced

What an amazing visit to “hospital”. All the staff were so friendly and timing was to perfection. Caroline went out of her way to ensure my journey was not wasted and urged Christo to squeeze me in for an unscheduled MRI. Christo responded with gusto and I was done and on my way in no time.
Billy in reception also checked and re checked to get me the earliest next appointment possible.

I attended today and was assessed by Prof. Fehilly who really took the time to talk me through his findings, to explain everything and to listen. He was engaging and personable and left me feeling reassured before I was handed over to the care of the wonderful, warm and hilarious Nurse Alison and the insanely skilled Dr Kinwadi who completed the procedure with patience, care and took away all my fears! Special shout out to the front of house team Billy and AJ who’s admin talents and scheduling skills know no bounds. Thank you all for making a stressful day calmer, informative and leaving me feeling calmer for my return!!
