This was my first time visiting an osteopath, and it was an excellent service. Jack asked me a lot of questions and really listened. Conversation flowed really easily. He's a friendly, relaxed guy which helps a lot with the whole process. He didn't rush into a diagnosis, even though I thought I knew what it was right away due to it being a hereditary issue. He did what he needed to establish the facts for himself before making an assessment.

The treatment completely relieved a pain that had been troubling me badly for a fortnight. I was also given exercises to keep the issue at bay moving forward. The service was professional, thorough and very reasonable compared to the other practices I'd encountered. Highly recommended.

After the osteopath, I have been going to moved away, I called Burton Road Clinic and got an appointment with Jack. He is such a great person, really listens to you and I felt I could immediately trust him (I would say that is key with an osteopath). I felt so much better after each session. So can only highly recommend.

Jan Pailaqueo provides an excellent and good value chiropody and podiatry service. She really cares and is able to deal with my nightmare feet, and their challenging toenails. She is also a very warm person, which is much-appreciated.
The clinic is reassuringly Covid- safe and staffed by a great team. I am very fortunate to have this clinic as a resource in my neighbourhood. I highly recommend Jan and welcome the range of therapies available at this clinic.

I come here for regularly for reflexology and really enjoy it. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the treatment is very relaxing and calming. Prices are reasonable and good value too, highly recommend. 👌🏼
