Your team or to be precised only one person in your team was over reacting when we were at the gate of one festival, Junction 2 festival, she chucked my medicines in the bin, which medicines she demanded not being useful or death threatening!! I am sorry but NOWHERE on the tickets or policy of the festival as well other festivals we were on (and we are festival lovers) was mentioning we cannot have medicines. She put some medicines in a bag to be picked up later at the end of the day and other medicines she simply threw them in the bin!!! I totally disagree. She could put all medicines in the same bag. I did not have many, but I did need them, for example allergy pills or drops. If you suddenly have a bad allergy you cannot enjoy the show, can you? Why some medicines could be saved for later and some not? Because you have incapable staff handling your doors. And by the way, there were many people using vapes, what keeps vapes out of using drugs in it if that is your thinking? Bad handleing, only this festival...

Liam Mills of EMC was driving to work on the A34 30/6/16 and stopped to help with a road traffic accident in which I was involved. His kindness and professionalism (though not part of his job) were extraordinary. He not only took the initiative to stop, but also contacted the police immediately, checked that all involved were not injured, and managed very deftly the situation until the police came, also taking more of his time to handover to the police. He is an exceptional employee of EMC, and I would like to thank him.

We were at Silverstone this weekend and needed your services for my friend Tony who is recovering from a skroke. Abbey and Alex response was very quick and they were extremely professional and kind and caring and we're good enough to come and see him the next night. Which is something I find out of the ordinary and very caring indeed and I would like to thank then again. A very big thank you for everything and wish you both the very best in the future.
