Absolutely shocking management.
Support workers are lovely but due to the extremely poor rota management they cannot do their jobs properly.
Shifts are put out to outside agencies who do not have access to care plans .
Management have also cosered us into giving a better review. Changed our wording to make them look better .not listening to what has gone wrong and putting words into our mouths .If you want your loved ones to be looked after properly. Find another company. Avoid Independent care at all costs !!!

Overall, Independent Care have provided a very good service over the past 17 years.
We have an excellent rapport with the administrative team and the current care team go above and beyond our expectations.
Any issues and misunderstandings are usually dealt with quickly and appropriately and the vast majority
of staff we have encountered have provided a professional and excellent sevice.

This Company, makes outrageous allegations, the young supervisor attended who stroked and petted my dog, yes my dog jumped up when she first came in but no wincing no moans and no asking me to move the dog. It now appears it’s a full on maul. Yet it was me that asked her to leave as she was quite happy vaping and chatting, in my home. Her words it was nice being here! Then another person came round, in my house no more than 5 minutes to get prescription details, greeted my dog staring she had her own left, came back with prescription and said ‘sorry mate’, gotta go it’s a rushed one today, stroked my dog and left. I have adhd freeze, it likely appears that the agency feels it is above them to walk a dog with me to get my out the house. That’s what help I needed. I have never known such outlandish allegations. My dog is around my young grandchildren, demanding and excitable yes, covering a person wearing a fist, is total fabrication. What turned into a dog jumped up has gradually progressed through the week to a full on maul. I have requested photographs of alleged bruises and scratches of course she woukd have gone straight to the drs not continued to want to stay, chatting away and vaping very relaxed. Do not go near then, as far as the managers go poor attitude is being polite. No wonder their cqc reports are so bad. I will not be using them again and would advise you not to either. They’ve dropped number of clients, and I have not seen one report that appears genuine giving them more than 1* they should be able to have zero stars. Too many chiefs and no Indians. Total disarray

A poorly run company. Rude managers who interestingly have put 5 star reviews on here! They do not care for clients or the staff working for them. They try to overcharge for visits not given when a client is in hospital. Their rotas are non existent or incorrect causing distress for the client. Avoid this company if you can.

Terrible, the right hand doesnt know what the left is doing. They have favourites. They cut corners which effect safety of their service users. They have a couple of amazing supervisors who are over burdened. The one that does the rota is rude n doesnt listen. Stay away. Terrible.

We’ve had a very good experience with their staff so far: approchable, professional and thorough. This has been such a relief for our family, especially in these challenging and difficult times.
