Actually a great experience with this surgery, the receptionist understood the pain that I was suffering.
Less than 10 minutes later I had the triage Dr call me to say that a prescription is ready to be collected.
Now I am pain free.
I highly recommend them.

I just wanted to say that colne valley group practice is great I had to phone my repeat medication through yesterday because the online request didn't go through and the receptionist took all my information and all my medication arrived today so super quick

Since the surgery moved premises, the service has massively improved.
On a recent visit, I become extremely unwell in the waiting room, the receptionist was quick to notice and responded promptly getting me the urgent help I required at the time.
Still occasional delays with appointments but an overall huge improvement

The doctors and staff are so friendly here. They always try to fit you in for an appointment.
The treatment given is all ways the best, and Scott Hutchinson in particular has helped me personally with outstanding care and understanding. The admin and Nursing staff are also so helpful. I cannot recomnend the practice highly enough. Many thanks.

I've been going here since my teenage years. The doctors, nurses and staff are all friendly and welcoming. Love the fact that there is a pharmacy on site.
