This surgery is spot on I have never had a problem getting an appointment they are fast efficient and polite .
I and my partner have recently needed referrals mine was done the same day my partners were done within a week and he was seen and scanned within 3 weeks the doctors are thorough and the reception staff help unlike some I have had to deal with at other surgeries.

Absolutely appalling attitude from the receptionist’s and very ignorant, even when the matter involves a 3 year old child and being pregnant (the recommendation from the early pregnancy unit was to call them and the receptionists just dismissed me and advised me to fill an online form and someone would be in contact within 3 days).
Over the course of 3 encounters now, I have found them extremely unhelpful and uncooperative. If you’re thinking of registering for this practice, please look for other surgeries.

Surgery still closed from Covid we are now in 2025, cannot gain access past the first door unless you have an appointment second door is locked, surgery is no longer taking any telephone appointment requests all have to be done online, how are elderly supposed to do this if they can not access or use a computer phone or tablet to book. Appointment requests are triaged by reception in regard to medical need or whether you need an appointment. Contacted CQC/ ICB to forward complaint. This is why A and E are at crisis because no one can get an appointment

At first this doctors was a beacon of hope I was in a good place I'm a medical nightmare and this doctors made me feel safe .... But recently its gone downhill.
They don't answer the phone I was number 1 in the queue for about 30 mins so I walked across the road my phone was still on I went In there was 3 people in the office 2 doing nothing and the other on a computer. They have recently denied me some medication because it was requested from the hospital they couldn't do me a prescription I jumped through hoops to get it sorted I did everything they asked and they still denied me its been 12 days and they ain't done anything
I don't have a clue what they are doing they don't do scripts or appointments they don't answer the phone
I am now worried I'm going to end up in hospital again.
If this is happening to me then who else?

I start work before 8am Monday to Friday, so it is a struggle to ring at that time, I have needed a medication review for a while now, and when I ring its always ring at 8am. What about people, who ringing at 8am, is not anappropriate option. Not good enough really, when I only need a 5 minute call from the Dr.

Rang at 8:00am, put in a queue and given option to call back. Receptionist called me back, I asked for an appointment. I was offered one for 9:00am. Saw the doctor at 9:00am, very pleasant conversation and straightforward advice not rushed at all. Sent prescription through to my Chemist which I picked up on the way home. I couldn't ask for a better service. Thanks guys.

Appalling service near impossible to even get an appointment even harder especially if your someone that works and tries to get an appointment on your day off vey ignorant towards people seeking help with your mental health and medication as you get turned away or fobed off pointless being a GP practice when there not intresed helping patients that are seeking helping and have the nerve to complain there not paid enough

Never have I known a doctors that doesn’t book appointments in advance. You have to call at 8am in the morning which by that point about 50 other people are calling and then your stuck in a que to be told there are no more appointments for the day. Be trying to get my son looked at for over a year but keep on getting fobbed of with phone appointments and pictures. I am going to change doctors. The one I used to be registered to before I moved here were the best
