I have been seeing Alan for a number of years for various treatments on my shoulder, knee and most recently my foot. He is always very professional, interesting and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone with a muscular skeletal problem. He is my first point of call when I have an issue and has always successfully treated my various ailments. I've spent a small fortune on prescription medication when what I've needed all along is massage therapy. Alan has never disappointed.
He's a lovely man with a wide range of interesting topics to discuss as well as being execellent and thorough in is work.

I attended the Lynden Clinic for over fourteen years initially following a disc herniation, until I moved to France four years ago. After the initial problem was treated, I continued to attend for treatment with Alan Biberstein for deep remedial massage. I can honestly say that I don't think I would be as fit and well as I am now without this monthly treatment. As a women, it is unnerving to go to a man for treatment where one has to undress. Alan always dealt with this sensitively and respectfully and I never once felt embarrassed. Without hesitation I can recommend Alan to anyone who could benefit from his treatments.

The owner of Lyden Clinic - Alan is a highly qualified sport therapist with great knowledge in his field. He fixed my injured hamstring and back in two separate incidents - an injury caused from powerlifting and bodybuilding. Since then, I've always used his service for maintenance and it's absolutely wonderful. Besides the 'ooooooo and ahhhh' from the session, be prepared to learn more science and history, and of course good jokes. All in all, great service, great price, great knowledge and great customer relationship. Highly recommended!

Always friendly, helpful and effective. Prices are good and you can pay for 5 sessions and get 6. Great at treating injuries but also ongoing maintenance. Lots of equipment available for treating various conditions.
