Today, I had just been for an appointment at the X-ray Department and had to contact my son to collect me. It was then I found that my phone was fully discharged and I didn't know his number. I went to the Reception Desk. hoping to be able to borrow a charger. This proved to be impossible, but the two ladies manning the desk rose to the challenge and eventually managed to put me in touch with my son. What an excellent example of service with a smile they are. They deserve the highest commendation
