It’s part of the Heart of Lincoln medical group. The waiting room looks like it’s stuck in the 1970’s. I was seen pretty quickly though.

Very good, reliable doctors and nurses, even receptionist are all lovely very helpful and dame good at their jobs. I'd put my life in their hands as far as medical practitioners' top class in Lincoln.

Moved from Brant road surgury as I could never get an appointment, very happy so far with my move and always friendly and helpful.

Could do with more information when getting test results though instead of a text message.

ONE STAR IS MORE THAN THEY DESERVE.
My partner has used the ring back system and on several occasions when the ring back comes and she answers the call is terminated at the surgery end before she even dpeaks to anyone. When she calls back and explains what happened all she gets is the answer is there are no availabilty today call again tommorrow.
Any decent organisation would immediately organise for another call to be made without delsy but not newsrk toad surgery - Absolutely appauling service and no idea of what should happen when the fault is theirs.

My youngest child is terminally poorly and is on meds that keep her alive every time I order her meds it is a huge list there is things missing or things I have not ordered I find the new GPS lacking. When drs marshall and grant were there it was an amazing surgery but since the merger it's gone completely down hill. I know that every one has said in reviews that the reception team are bad but I can not fault them every time I have had an issue and been left is desperate need for my daughter's life saving meds the reception team have gone above and beyond to help even some having to take nearly an hour away from reception to help get the meds some of the reception staff have been as frustrated as me. The team on the front desk get all our frustrations and they do try but the problem is not the reception team it's future up the line. For me I have made an official complaint. And now considering taking my children and my self to a new GP and I will be closely looking at reviews

Spent 2hrs waiting on the phone to get through to a receptionist that was of no use whatsoever probably one of the worst surgeries in lincolnshire went downhill since it partnered up with other surgeries and keeps on going further downhill would not recommend

The receptionists were very welcoming and polite. I was seen quickly. The doctor was very attentive to my ailment and the prescription was effective

Since the merger with Heart Of Lincoln medical group the Surgery has seen much improvement, I generally use the econsult as generally easier than the phones but that has seen an improvement also a new system I believe.
I sent an econsult last week for my teenage daughter and within half an hour I had an appointment sent for the next day via text message. Its always very responsive via econsult. A shame Dr Marshall has retired but the new Doctor was lovely. Reception staff very helpful couldn't fit my daughter in for bloods at Newark rd for two weeks but got us an appointment at Portland st within the week.
