I took a leap of faith coming to see Paul after a couple of unsatisfactory physio experiences. Paul is not only incredibly personable but also highly experienced and professional. Within minutes he identified the underlying issue which previous physios had failed to see or even ask the right questions for. Within our first session I felt validated and treated. He can do so much in 30 minutes it’s unbelievable. He is realistic and does not hammer you to come back or automatically book you back in but leaves it up to you. I feel really safe and cared for so thank you! 🌞

After suffering a martial arts related shoulder injury I was recommend to see Paul at spectrum.

He was confident I had biceps tendonitis after he performed tests. I came back to him many times and he was quite certain this was the issue.

After around 7 months and 6 visits or so he eventually recommended me to have a scan/steroid injection in the shoulders (insisting he suggested this previously, he did not!).

I told Paul many times how hard the the injury was on my mental health, as I am an experienced bjj practitioner. I have completed, taught classes and have private students. He would insist in his dry non caring manner how other people have it worse and I’m not an Olympian so why worry, he would mention his Olympian clients everytime I had an appointment. I don’t think a physio should judge the value of someone’s fitness/martial arts journey based on their “top” clientele.

Funnily enough he has a chap upstairs that scans through ultra sound, ‘LCL’. This guy was fab and determined I had burcitis. Paul had misdiagnosed me for months.

I got injections and seen to properly elsewhere and I’m well on the way to getting well.

Do NOT premuse this man gives a toss about his craft. His text and phone manner says it all…..

Always get scanned and a second opinion. If you’re serious about your sport beware….

Paul the physio is the best....he knows what needs to be done and his execution of the task is exemplary. I cannot rate his service highly enough. He is not cheap but he is worth every penny.
