I’ve been going to arbury for a few months now and have always had a positive experience until my last visit. I had Dr.Kahn and was trying to discuss a new diet and supplements that I was on to try and improve my gut health since I have IBD. She was extremely dismissive and asked me if I “understood “ my condition. She then went on to say that she didn’t understand how healing my gut would help with my condition. I tried explaining that I was still taking my medication and would still see a specialist but that this was just something I was trying on top of what I was already doing but she continued to cut me off and dismiss me. I ended up leaving without any guidance and I felt belittled and small. I am now seriously considering switching to another medical centre.

Although I waited a fair amount of time to see dr Akhtar she was really good in dealing with my problems. I wanted to see her specifically. But the on line system does let the surgery down in the appointment process , because you have no idea who will be seeing you . Overall ,the in-house doctors are very professional.

This booking system is broken. I've got one online, yet not able to get in for another week. They constantly point you to call 111 or go to A&E, yet we are fully aware the Hospitals are under pressure. I'm so shocked by it.

I am new with this medical centre and my first impressions aren't inspiring. Firstly, I have had to wait two weeks to get to see a Doctor, on further advice I was told if I changed this appointment to a telephone call I could get to speak to a doctor sooner. This proved not to be the case and the receptionist dealing with me was short and rude. I literally gave up and walked out. Terrible service with bad attitude..

This Doctors surgery is appalling, they have just unregistered my 7 year old son who is Disabled & has epilepsy leaving us unable to access his medication. No duty of care & will be taking this further as it’s a disgraceful service.

Tried to get an appointment, starting phoning at 7.55 am knowing the surgery didn't open till 8am, when I got through I was 8th in the que( how does that happen) and then to be told they had NO appointments. How can this be? I was told to go to walk in at Hospital.....no wander the hospital is over run you can't get to see a GP. Very poor service no wander arbury medical center only has 2 stars.

Absolutely appalling service. Tried to book an emergency appointment for my 4 year old daughter at 8 am made 3 attempts first two they disconnected the call and then I requested a call back. Also I have been waiting for over 6 months for a very serious chest results and have had no communication from them.
I am looking for another doctor and medical centre. Stay away from this one.
