Over the past few months we have had to visit the surgery numerous times. On every occasion all the doctors we have seen have been friendly, taken the time to listen to all our concerns and made the relevant referrals where necessary. The last visit necessitated a fast track referral which was done immediately and consequently from start to having a minor operation the process took approx. 6 weeks. We would like to say a thank you to doctors Dey, Lam and Jacinta Jackson for the caring way in which we were treated. Can I also thank the reception staff who have always been polite and helpful

I, with my family, have moved around the country over the years and therefore experienced a number of surgeries, but this superb practice has surpassed any that we have been registered with. I have received nothing but excellent and compassionate care from every clinician - and the reception staff are always professional, courteous and extremely helpful. So, well done to the whole team. You do a fantastic job and should be proud of what you do. Thank you for looking after my health with such dedication.

Absolutely shocking place!
The new building was a waste of money to say it was to help offer more GP appointments is a joke.
I called this morning due to my little girl having a bad ear infection as she has glue ear her ear is leaking with blood and is suffering tremendously with pain I then said to the receptionist so your saying my daughter needs to put up with it for the next 24hrs to her response being “YES” so now I need to take her to A&E and this is why our hospital are over ran because family GP’s make it impossible to be seen!

This is an amazing Doctors practice and until you have had to go elsewhere you probably wouldn’t realise what a quality practice this is. I’ve been a patient for over 40years. The problem with the capacity, is due to us now having the same number of GP,s as 30 years ago. Whilst the population has increased.

Dr. Dey is a fantastic addition to the surgery — bringing not only energy and positivity, but also a genuine eagerness to understand and correctly diagnose your issue. Their approach is refreshingly thorough, avoiding the usual automated responses. Instead, you’re met with a detailed, thoughtful explanation that leaves you feeling confident and reassured. You walk away knowing you’ve been listened to and
carefully assessed, with a prescription or solution that feels tailored and effective. And if it doesn’t work, I’d have no hesitation returning — because I trust that Dr. Dey will listen, reassess, and help find an alternative. A truly caring and competent doctor.

Thanks Doc!

Terrible surgery. Takes an age to get through to get a phone appointment as with the millions that's been spent on a new surgery there is now a doctor shortage. Money well spent. When you do get a call from the doctor there is zero interest in solving the problem they just mask it with mote pills. Also you can only discuss one problem with them, why ? They don't have the training unless it's on the doctor google screen in front of them. I wanted to discuss mental health but to do that I'd have to wait a Month and they wonder why men avoid doctors and hide there problem. Awful doctors if I could give minus 15 stars that would be too many.

Due to numerous house moves over 60 years I have been registered with several GP surgeries. So I can say from experience that this is the worst surgery I have ever known. A receptionist decides who you can and can't see (apparently they're trained but they're obviously not medically trained), you have to discuss personal and private information with the receptionist, you can only discuss one symptom with a GP, until a few days ago it was impossible to see a GP because they would only talk to you on the phone (this has been the usual practice since the lockdown ended nearly 5 years ago), phone 'consultations' are usually 2 minutes long and the GP makes it obvious they don't want to talk to you any longer, on the very rare occasions you get to see a doctor they make no eye contact with you because they sit staring at the computer screen, they never follow up any tests you're sent on, and they never review medication. I can't think of anything positive to say about this practice. No doubt their response will be they're short of GPs but the only other practice in my area does not operate like this.
