Joined this surgery approx two years ago from Forrest Medical Centre. Wow, what a difference in service! Helpful staff, always able to get seen to, and they genuinely try their best to resolve your issue/ query whether that’s an appointment or something else. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you!

My partner and I joined this medical centre at the beginning of this year and we are so, so, so glad that we did. Compared to our previous surgery this centre is amazing. The call back system is great, the reception staff are always polite and caring and the doctors and nurses take the time to listen. Being able to get appointment on the same day is fabulous. What a relief! Thank you to all staff.

The reception staff are personable polite and always helpful. The nurses are friendly professional and patient. Doctor Rama is excellent. He is welcoming, professional, puts you at ease, understanding and goes the extra mile to ensure you have all the information you need/request regarding health matters.
This really is a five star service.

I think I'm repeating what most people say. The receptionist are great, they are so so helpful and they all treat patients to the best of their abilities. Thank you to all the staff there. The he Doctors and nurses are also really good. Couldn’t ask for a better doctors surgery for the patients.

This is the nicest practise I've ever been to. Every Doctor I have met has been great and concerned for mine and my children's well being. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, the premises are clean and spacious. I loved having my midwife appointments there as it was easier than going in to town or to the hospital. You do have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment but you can usually get an emergency appointment if you phone up first thing.

For some unknown reason they un registered me 4 weeks after having my daughter. I went in to make appt for me and I was no longer on their books but my daughter was. Taking me off the books caused my nhs login no longer work where I order my medication. They give me codes with instructions on how to link which do not work. Still have not been advised why I was taken off the books in the first place

Been coming to Dr. Fajinmi and he's been an excellent GP so far. He made it easy to talk about my problems and made me feel important and understood. He quickly found a solution and started treatment straight away. Would definitely recommend this Medical Centre. ❤
