I had an awful experience with Tummy2Mummy Hinckley, to the point I’ve told many people of my bad experience including Tommys at Coventry & Warwick Hospital, both were horrified with the experience I went through. I tested positive on 7th March & because I have PCOS I booked an early reassurance scan, just to make sure everything was okay. We were welcomed by a lovely receptionist but unfortunately couldn’t see anything as was so early. The sonographer did a pregnancy test in the pitch black & said it was negative baring in mind I may have drank 2 litres of water for clear results & we showed our pregnancy tests. On the way out we were warned of chemical pregnancy, wait to see what happens & no follow up. I cried all the way home thinking the worst. On top of that, we were then short changed as paid for photos beforehand & still owed money. I went to my GP as have history of miscarriages who referred me to Tommys at Coventry straight away, with a week I was scanned to find I was 5w5d & everything looking perfect. Warwick EPU scanned me 3 days late to confirm heartbeat. I’ve had 5 scans since & I am now 15 weeks pregnant with no concerns. They didn’t offer to rescan or a call to see how I was. Very let down & would never use the service again.

Our daughter had her 4d scan here today and everything was perfect, the staff are amazing, the lady who scanned her was very thorough and was very informative and friendly. The lady on reception was lovely and friendly too and chatted with us. We got some amazing pics and videos.

Poor customer service.

I have used this company at least 10 times in the past with my current and previous baby, so spent a fair amount of money over time. Today I had a scan booked which I was hoping I could make still even though I had been taking into hospital last night, as soon as I realised I was going to be unable to make it I called with 2hrs notice about changing the booking to another day as I’m currently in hospital with a suspected blood clot and they are keeping me in for observation and treatment, so I didn’t want to just not show and hopped to move to next week. I was just told that due to me taking up someone’s potential booking that they could not look to move this for me. Just feel it’s poor when I have had so many appointments in the past and never let them down before.

We had a gender scan at tummy 2 mummy today. It was honestly the most lovely experience. Both staff members that we came across was so kind and seemed to genuinely care about the families that they were helping. There is clearly a huge love for babies at this place and it felt like more than just a business scan centres have felt like before. Other child was included fully and made a big fuss of, which he absolutely loved! Thank you so much!

Attended the antenatal day class at tummy2mummy and it was such a good day. Made me feel so much more confident and in control and prepared for labour and what to expect. Great price too and actual midwife running the session.

We came for a 4D scan here today and honestly I’m so pleased with how it turned out and the service we received. I’m a midwife myself so I feel like I probably have higher expectations and they fully fulfilled them today. Reception staff were friendly and the sonographer gave us such a nice experience. We asked not to reveal the gender and she listened to our wishes and told us when to look away to avoid any reveal! Baby was in a bit of an awkward position and had their hand over their face but the sonographer took her time and even got some lovely photos. Overall a really friendly, reassuring and exciting experience.
I also think the price was really quite reasonable compared to other places. Thank you ☺️

We came to tummy2mummy on a early reassurance scan after having a bleed. They were so accommodating and got us in on a last minuet appointment.

We saw Donna Grant who was so welcoming, warm, kind and reassuring. She managed to find our little bean and took her time explaining everything.

We have now booked a 3 package deal to go back here 😊
