I’m honestly disappointed with the experience at this medical center—it feels like it’s going downhill, if it hasn’t already. Our recent encounter with Dr. S.T was extremely disheartening. Her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly, quite rude. I find it shocking that someone in the medical profession could show such a lack of empathy.

We came seeking help for multiple concerns regarding my critically ill father, yet were repeatedly told we'd need to book separate appointments for each issue. Surely, as a medical professional, you’d understand how difficult it is to secure GP appointments, especially in urgent situations like ours. Instead of offering support, she made us feel like we were an inconvenience, even going as far as to suggest we self-diagnose. I cannot comprehend how a doctor can tell a worried family they are "wasting time" when we were there in good faith, seeking care and advice.

What’s even more concerning is that she had medical students shadowing her that day—if this is the example she’s setting for the next generation of doctors, it’s honestly worrying. Is this really how we want our future doctors to learn how to treat patients? It sends the wrong message entirely.

It's clear this GP—and the center itself—urgently need to be reviewed, as patients deserve respect, empathy, and proper care, especially when dealing with critically ill family members.

I can’t even begin to explain how useless the staff are here. Never in my life have I seen healthcare staff be so incompetent. It’s so clear to see they are all lazy. I’m absolutely disgusted that our taxpayer money goes into the pocket of these disrespectful women on the reception. All of them are terrible except for a woman called Rita who was the only helpful one. So thank you Rita.

Absolutely appalling service. Waited for more than 1 hour to be seen by the doctor. Asked the lady in reception, how long do we need to wait for. She responded and said Dr is running a little bit late..little bit late, it's 1 entire hour! Appalling !

Wish I could skip giving it even one star to this service! This surgery needs to close down. Can't get through to them over the phone. Every time I ring(No matter what time you ring), the message says "We are very sorry but we are very busy at the moment, please try again later" and the call gets cut off. So sad I even know their message off by heart now!
When I couldn't get through to them, I drove there to speak to them personally. No one was busy on the phone. Only 2 receptionist available but not on the phone. When I explained my situation, I was advised to go to a Walk in Centre. Why would I do that if I was registered at that surgery. What is the point of even being registered here!!!! It's a waste of time! I really hope, this issue gets resolved soon. I am going to move to a different surgery soon. I am sure other surgeries are not this bad. At least you can speak to them over the phone.

Been with this surgery for many years, i don't feel you are visiting your family doctor anymore and that you are just a number. I am self employed and am lucky that i can stand outside at 8am to book my appointment and no one seems to pick up the phone throughout the day, the only way you can get an appointment is to wait in the morning when your allocated one.

When a doctor manages to call you at their convenience they don't allow you to discuss more than 1 problems (sometimes the issues are related) even if you have not passed your 10 minutes consultation.

Something needs to be done in this surgery, if i operated my business in the same way manor medical continues to operate i would be out of business very soon, i am so disappointed with my local surgery and i wish someone is reading all the reviews and actually doing something about it.

Its also very embarrassing to discuss your issues in reception (without any privacy) when their is a line of people and to be honest i down feel receptionists should be asking personal issues which you wasn't to discuss with your doctor, even if you leave the details the doctor asks you the problem anyway.

Their needs to be massive improvements in:

1. How reception staff deal with Patients, please be kind.
2. Please pick up the phone too many excuses of why the phone does not get picked up.
3. Please make available appointments for patients
4. Doctors please follow up with your appointments, my follow up appointment was only discussed when i called to remind that i was due for a routine follow up.
5. I can never find an appointment listed on my online account, if it was their like your message systems keeps reminding i would not need to call in.

Its obvious the human factor is placed at number 2, poor service, doctors need to be doctors and not just an number.

Their are so many negative reviews just can't believe how the government continues to allow local practices to fall to such low standards, these poor running practices need immediate training all round.

This has been our family surgery for over 15 years & it is the WORST surgery in Leicester by far. Almost impossible to get an actual appointment even when you ring first thing in the morning before 8am. i have been on the phone many times and waited in the queue for over an hour at times and have been cut off the queue with no explanation to why.

The staff over the phone are extremely rude and unpleasant to talk to, feels like they just want you off the phone ASAP and don't give any importance to the urgency of the matter. The staff need some basic training on people skills and communication as most of the staff have zero patience towards the elderly/sick or foreign patients.

The GP's are not interested in actually listening to your problems but rather watch their clocks as you're in and out of the appointment within minutes. You are left feeling unsatisfied and almost awkward and ashamed in speaking out to them.
