What a fantastic group of people, they have supported and helped us so much over the last 2 yrs.
My son has made a remarkable recovery, and knowing they've been supporting him, as helped me cope too, and seeing the changed and progression is a tonic in its self.
They are amazing and there on every level.
We can't thank you enough.

As a nurse myself, I had heard many relatives poor experiences of care companies and was very apprehensive of using one for my relative whilst we were away on holiday - especially as he was so against having a carer. From the very first phone call I made, and spoke to Gareth I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness. Gareth and Seth visited myself and relative to assess their needs and we booked the visits. Robert was the carer who visited and he was a fabulous choice. He was so talkative and helpful and they got on so well. Nothing was too much trouble for him . While on holiday I even received a text from Gareth to say all was well as he knew I was anxious about leaving our father- - which was great for putting our minds at rest, and allowing us to enjoy our holiday knowing our loved one was in good hands. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Prestige to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate company and will certainly be using them again and most importantly our father is happy to have them too.
