This is an abysmal surgery, avoid like the plague. Disorganised, poorly signposted. Be prepared to just not be seen for your appointment because the check-in monitor doesn't always put your information through. The receptionists are useless - the only answer they can give you to any problem on the surgery's part is 'I don't know, can't do anything about it, call at 8am.'; and they become hostile as soon as you attempt to persist or question the poor service. I have never in my life encountered administrative garbage of such magnitude. Not a single appointment, perscription or medical request has gone without a myriad of problems for me - and I already avoid going to the doctor's, so I can only imagine the hell that people with chronic needs encounter. If you want to live, register elsewhere.
There is a reason why the overwhelming majority of reviews are a single star. Reading the surgery's responses to one-star reviews has left me disgusted in their audacity to never accept or admit fault, and instead argue back with people who clearly needed medical help, and have not received it adequately. Whoever is tasked with these responses would be better suited haggling at a market than delivering customer service.
Edit (to the response): Nice try, but I was 30 minutes early for my appointment, and the screen appeared to successfully check me in. Hey - maybe your receptionist cancelled it for whatever reasons she might have had, because if you are confident in your system, that leaves human error/spite. I have a witness who watched me input my details to that screen. I can wrangle my arrival time stamp from Google Maps. Can you prove your receptionists (who are criticized in A LOT of these reviews) are suitable for their jobs? Also, if you truly cared about official complains, you would post the details. Do you think I'll go on yet another wild goose chase to file a complaint, which will likely directly print into your shredder? As I said, go haggle at a market, instead of trying to blame your unprofessional blunders on patients.

I thought GP are meant to be understanding and helpful!!
My daughter is vaccine damaged. 4 years now.
Just had an appointment with doctor Carlos. As her bloods came back abnormal again! He was so rude and dismissive. All other staff are lovely. But wow this doctor is awful.

This is the worst NHS hospital in Hinckley. I witnessed Dr Hussain refer a patient twice for an MRI test. A few days later the person receives a text message to call the number to make an appointment for an MRI. It turned out to be the Endoscopy number but the person already had it. The nice lady at Glenfiled Hospital says the GP should make the appointment for the MRI not the patient. So on behalf of the sick patient I call Centre Surgery again. The lady at reception sees on the monitor that there is no MRI referral. My blood pressure went up. I was with this person and saw and heard Dr Hussain refer her for an MRI. The person who spoke to me had no customer service skills whatsoever. No apology to me or contacting the doctor to ask what was going on. The end result is that a sick person was thrown out of a public facility not a private one. Avoid this place because it is the worst facility with NHS/GP in Hinckley.

This person has been a patient since 2006 and has never harmed you. How can you lie? It is strictly forbidden to throw out and discriminate against patients based on country of origin, color, age, skin color, religion. This is a public facility, everyone has the right to it. You cannot throw out patients just like that. How could you erase medical history from the system? Enough of these lies, we need to report this to the appropriate facility.

Went in on extended access to see if i could get a scan of my back. However, the doctor was not interested in my back and was more keen to keep bothering me with questions about my autism diagnosis. He then referred to for a chest xray whilst telling me in person it was for my back. I only found out after arriving at Coalville to do the xray that it wasn't what i was told nor asked for.

In fairness, the next appointment i had to tell them I didnt want a chest scan but a back one, the doctor was a bit better. When i told her about feeling extremely uncomfortable in the previous appointment, she just told me "oh that's so and so, they are like that, just ignore it" .

I had an appointment booked on last week and i was told 10 minutes before my appointment that it was cancelled, only after waiting 3 weeks for it.

I have been on their website and could not find any information on how to do an official complaint with them so instead i am writing this google review. If possible, choose somewhere else to go.

Very disappointed with the Service from the Doctors and reception staff. Some of the nurses are lovely. Get a text to book a heath check blood test so phone up for one, without checking my notes said I cannot have one without speaking to a Doctor. Got the test then getting told that I was pre diabetic and I needed to see the nurse and made me a phone appointment with Nicki for her to waste the time and make me a surgery appointment when the receptionist could’ve done that in the first time. For being there over 30 years we have decided to leave there is a lot more but this was the last thing and it was not the easiest thing because it looks like they messed that up to and I can’t understand why you can’t give zero stars.
