Absolutely useless, I have been trying to book an appointment for over 2 weeks, but it's impossible to do so. I have submitted multiple e-consult forms, I always get text messages saying that they have tried to contact me and that they couldn't reach me. This is a LIE, no one has ever tried to contact me, I do get the text messages, but no one has called me. The receptionists are always so "very busy" that they can't even look at you when they talk to you, they don't pick up the phone either, I had to go down there multiple times and ask why no one calls me and why do I get the untrue text messages. I don't see any other option than to go to the ER in Coventry with my problem, they just won't see you and I am super concerned with my condition.

I was sent here from my own doctor's surgery for an appt on Saturday morning. I have to say when I read the reviews I wondered what I'd let myself in for. I was pleasantly surprised, lovely big seating area, all very clean, receptionist was pleasant and the doctor I saw was very nice. I couldn't fault the place.

What an absolute shambles.

First, there's an online form. You fill it out, only to be told it can’t help you and that you need to call to make an appointment. So, I call and wait on hold for 50 minutes—as caller number 2—just to be scolded by the receptionist for not knowing that appointments must be booked through the online form. She then hung up with no explanation of what to do next.

So, which is it? The phone line and the website both clearly say appointments can be booked online or over the phone. There’s even an option on the call menu specifically for booking appointments. Why is that there if you’re not actually allowed to use it?

After that surreal experience, I decided to walk in and try to book an appointment in person—only to be handed a printed version of the online form. You really can’t make this up.

Eventually, I did get an appointment… weeks later. I waited an extra 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time, only to find the visit a complete waste. I’ve read a lot about the challenges the NHS faces, but this experience said more than a thousand articles ever could.

Rude staff, have no clue what they are on about. Rang up to request a basic GP summery for legal proceedings they have told me they can not give me this via email when I’ve always received them over email staff told me to come into the surgery to collect it I said I have mental health issues that restrict me from coming in they sarcastically told me I have no choice. Forwarded emails to them from professionals regarding a diagnosis weeks ago no response, requested a basic Gp summery weeks ago via email no response. Took me weeks to get a appointment for my mental health then when I got the appointment the doctor was rude and disregarded everything I have said regarding my a diagnosis and support for new mental health symptoms and decided to medicate me for a old diagnosis from 2022.

I have been trying for months to get an appointment and it’s proving to be impossible. The receptionists are just plain rude and make you feel bad for trying to get an appointment. Even when you manage to get an appointment, they try and get you in and out as quick as possible and just guess what’s wrong with you, no tests just an educated guess.

Avoid at all possible cost!!! Worst gp practice in Rugby, impossible to get an appointment you literally have to beg for it. Took them 2 weeks and going to the a&e 3 times to finally get antibiotics and some other tablets which if they gave me them straight away I wouldnt end up in a&e. At least 45 min to get through to them over the phone just to get told to go online and if you complete the online form youre most likely not to get an appointment anyway.. the women at the reception are rude and unprofessional and if you come to complain in person they got a nice little tactic of saying that its not them but the people upstairs who sort the appointments so theres no one to take the responsibility 😂 P.S struggled with chest pain and not being able to breathe but according to their triage system some kid with a cold is more important ofc. This place is a joke and should be shut down ! Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

Worst practice ever. To sort anything out takes miracles. Don’t pick up phones, waiting times are often over 2 weeks. Not helpful at all! Cannot get to them and once you have an appointment they usually screw it up and send you home! Stay away…

Talking to a health professional about the problems I was having with administration and management at this surgery I was informed that all the nurses that used to work there quit. How bad can a surgery be if all of their nurses quit? We'll, if they talked to them as badly as they talked to us, no wonder they left. You know a place is badly run when every time you ask for help you get an argument from reception or simply dismissed. Safe yourself the extra stress, go somewhere else.
