Can never get an appointment, doctors ‘write’ the prescription for me to go the pharmacy and it not be there, to then be told that the doctor has even prescribed it.

111 advised for the surgery to see my one year old daughter and the surgery were supposedly full, even though they are supposed to keep appointments open for emergencies?

Never got contacted about my daughter’s one year jabs. I contacted them and they got cancelled an hour before she was due to have them.

I also got told by my midwife to get the flu jab. I went to the surgery to be told that they had ran out. A few weeks later, my online account says that I refused them.

Loving the online form for booking a non urgent appointment. I was able to request what doctor I would like to see, I had a message back the next day with an appointment for a couple of weeks time, which was absolutely fine, and I saw the doctor face to face at a convenient time for me. Great service!!

Cannot get an appointment, even for an elderly relative with a chest infection, so have to go to hospital instead even though it's not an emergency. Another triumph for our wonderful NHS.

I have recently contacted Burbage Surgery. The reception staff have been excellent. Very polite and caring towards my matter.
Dr McManus has been incredible and gave me excellent care.

Fantastic Surgery - today I called at 8am, advised exactly where I was in the queue, with a option of having a call back. Made a appointment for that day.

Dr Turner then called me at 1.30pm, friendly and kind as ever, my prescription was then ready at 5.30pm at Lloyds.

I have been using the Surgery for 30 years now and never had any reason to complain - great service and patient care.

We have been with Burbage surgery for many years now and I must say we have never had a problem getting an appointment, a call back or seeing a doctor. Receptionists are always friendly, lovely Doctors. You do have to call at 8am on the dot for an appointment but this is like any other GP surgery.
