Had a medical concern for my daughter. Sent in a medical request form and was called back within the hour with an hour. I had to call back and re arrange the time as my work was taking a little longer. The receptionist managed to change my time. We seen bal he was great! Very thorough. He made sure he answered any of my concerns and gave follow up advice.

Whenever I go to the doctors they are always late and extremely rude. Yesterday I wanted to book an appointment and I was told to call back today at 8am, so I did I called 8am on the dot so I would be first and the line didn't even go through, I kept trying to call and I've just got through at 10:30am, when I finally got throught the lady on the other side was extremely rude and now I have a appointment however I don't know when it is because she hung up the phone when I tried to ask.

UPDATE: I continue to believe this is a worse doctors ever to be honest. My son is now 12 weeks old. He’s not had her six week appointment due to incompetence. I booked it when he was two weeks old. He was a very unwell newborn. He was in hospital a lot due to the lack of care from this doctor surgery. He is due his 2nd vaccinations today However due to the lack of communication they did not inform me that they changed the appointment time this morning so he missed it and now has to wait over a month for his next vaccinations so therefore won’t be vaccinated for the next month. I will be changing GP surgery and if you care about your child, I would highly recommend you do not go to the surgery and find another one.

Terrible service. Was told appointment is at 4.15pm however been waiting for over a hour some staff are very rude and can not be bothered to be nice and friendly. Do not join the practice. If there was a 0 rating this would get it. Expected a call back today 30.7.24 doctor calls me and then hangs up twice shocking service then he call me a hour later and he is so cocky and rude wow this place needs major shake up

Had an issue before Christmas. Spoke to the practice manager who was going to get back to me. February and still not heard anything showing a complete lack of common courtesy and respect.

Ridiculous queues when trying to get through by the time you do there’s no appointments left. I was told my daughter needed an appointment but could only offer me one 26 days later for some blood results she had. If you do ever get an appointment which is rare it’s completely empty when you go down so baffles me how there’s never any appointments. Receptionist are rude and act like qualified gps.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star to this practice. They lack in so many services. They have such a huge building but no on site physiotherapist or podiatrist. I have been told I have no choice but wait 18 weeks to see a podiatrist when a family member got seen within a week at her surgery which is a much smaller building site. Time for me to register elsewhere. It took me to have 2 consultations over the phone before being seen face to face to be told there’s nothing they can do but wait to be seen by a podiatrist which is 18 weeks. There’s been many times they’ve got my repeat prescriptions wrong where I’ve had to make 3 trips in one day from chemist to surgery to get the correct prescriptions sent. I don’t know how much more they can lack in.

East Leicester Medical Practice failed me completely after my surgery, offering poor care and zero support. Despite clear hospital instructions for daily wound dressings, their dismissive receptionist provided false information and showed no empathy. I was wrongly referred to a trust that has nothing to do with the practice, sending me on a wild goose chase to find urgent care myself. To make matters worse, I was told by the receptionist to go sit for hours in A&E for routine wound care. unacceptable for any GP practice. The complete lack of professionalism, care, and basic patient support is disgraceful. Avoid this practice if you need reliable and competent healthcare.
