I have been with another GP my whole life and just recently I’ve switched to Fosse Medical and can say that after only two visits, this practice has far exceeded my expectations. All the staff are absolutely lovely and the doctors actually care about you. My wife and I are very happy. Thank you to all the staff!

Fabulous service! I missed a blood test appointment but attended late and the nurse still managed to fit me in. Her technique for taking blood is brilliant - I have a bit of a phobia about blood tests, but she is the best practitioner I have experienced, hardly felt it! Thank you 🙂

Wow how awful this place really is
Misleading dr rizwan tells you things are just categorically untrue statements won't go into my own medical reasons on here
Fowl attitude from vicky hill because there's a complaint obviously very rude on the phone didn't care what I was saying in the slightest well done 👏 more fuel for complaint

Went to the doctors today in regards a problem I had a few weeks regarding hearing problem I was advised to take ear drops by Dr Mathews . But made my ears worse I couldn't hear anything had to go doctors two days later i got seen by a different GP he said they couldn't do anything I had to wait until the ear drops worked which would take 2 - 3 weeks. In the end I went private to hear 4 u they could only do so much they said if they did more it would be dangerous to my ear drum and advised to go to the GP and explain the situation. I booked an appointment got seen by a different GP she said its just a blockage just keep taking the ear drops I have been to the medical centre a few times about different things but i dont feel confident about them (GP's ) they just want you in and out . Shame because DR O Connell was great

I can not fault the care my family and I have received since joining this surgery 2years ago.
Receptionists are calm and reassuring and the Drs always take time to listen to us in full. The fact that we all always feel listened to is something I couldn't value higher.
I am yet to meet a staff member who isn't kind and caring.

Visited practice for blood test and was sent with nothing. Same thing happened in August, was told that I don't need blood test yet and that I have to do it end of September. Got appointment only to was told today that I don't need that either. What a waste of patients time! Appalling!! Doctors are sending for blood test but then there is no note in the system! It is some kind of a joke.
Wil be changing the practice.. They think that people have plenty of time to waste for sitting in the waiting rooms and coming for nothing!!

I went in for an appointment I was very nervous about and the Practice Nurse Melissa Wolfe was amazing. I don't think I've ever felt so at ease and laughed so much. She is a credit to the practice and to the NHS
