Serious problems with communication here - being sent between Galley Common and Spring Hill by phone to make an appointment, with neither being able to assist, and all this for a medication review. Been calling at 8am each morning for over a week now for a phone consultation and just cannot get through! Ridiculous!

Also, the removal of patients from the online system, and asking us all to reregister is frankly stupid - before all this went on I could've booked an appointment in advance, but now I can't do that. So it looks like I'll carry on as is and hope for the best.

Everything about this surgery has changed. I am in amazement at how something so special can change and go downhill.

The new phone triage system, has placed reception in front of professional doctors. This of course now means the phone lines are blocked fully with 30-60+ minute waits. All of this with the same message repeating non stop every minute.

When complaining to the surgery I was told if unhappy to leave and find another surgery. Staff are rude and unresponsive, spoken to by a new doctor extremely unprofessionally. Was explained that she hadn't reviewed my notes before calling.. Totally unprofessional.

Constantly find doctors don't call back when they say, often pass on medical responses to the reception team. When told I need to speak with a doctor again, told to call back the following morning and sit in the queue again.

I have been caught out more than once by not receiving prescriptions in time for the chemist to order, often leading into a weekend.

Totally at a loss as we have been with the surgery for over ten years, my wife all her life.

What a shame.

I preferred Galley Common to Spring Hill. You were more likely to be answered on the phone there. Now it is impossible to get appointments with a doctor which puts more pressure on the George Elliott hospital as patients who cant get an appointment with with this practice usually seem to go

Absolutely superb service. I was referred here from my own doctor, the care I received was top notch from start to finish. The doctor was polite friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this medical centre

Seems to always be closed with no explanation. When it was open, had rude and unhelpful staff.
