Doctor Irfan Mujeeb is a great doctor, the service is under staffed. Every member of staff is under pressure from the start of the day till the end of the day. Some patients can be so rude and aggressive as soon as they walk in. I think the general public need to take a look at themselves before the judge these excellent professionals. Also Simone is a lovely lady. Thank you all for your hard work 🙏

Had to have surgery done here
First lady who saw me was quite rude and seemed so un uninterested in helping me.
They did a bad job of bandaging me up afterwards - then didn’t wanna know when i phoned in the morning to ask for a re dressing!

What’s the point of having a contact number if no one ever answers? I’ve been calling for three days straight at different times, and it just keeps ringing with no response. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Starting to understand why so many others have left one-star reviews.

They stop taking walk ins at 6:30 despite closing at 10pm. Rude secretary just shrugged at us when we asked why. We counted 6 people in the waiting room but still they refused to serve us. Now been urgently rushed to out of hours treatment by 111 because these people refused service. As we walked out at 9:45, the waiting room was empty and the staff had already packed to go home they were just counting down the minutes. Zero regard for patient safety and only care about going home on time

Very bad experience, doctor did not see a single patient for an hour . Got more ill being there waiting for over 4 hours with a bad cough infection to be told that I just need to wait.

I have an infection in my wound and need some antibiotics. I came in at 2 30 and still at 8 there has been nothing, I understand there is a 4 hour wait but this is crazy I just need some tablets according to my pharmacy. The pain atm is excruciating.
