Consistently poor service from reception team.

1) Called in for a blood test that the nurse informed me was actually not required. Incorrect information provided by receptionist.

2) No feedback on results for son’s ear swab which after we chased was deemed ‘normal’ despite an infection present. No follow up appointment. Receptionists absolutely clueless and inept.

The worst practice ever! My 7 year old daughter was suffering a high fever whilst the doctor had us waiting at the reception for 20 mins. DR RAISA SAMEJA suggested a bloodtest and didnt even acknowledge us in the end.

Genuine advice, surgery needs to fix up with the appointment system they have. I've called 47 times today morning and every time I call it says ' the transfer to appointments has not been completed'. You can't go in surgery to book appointments. This is not the first time. I've never seen this with any other surgery. The doctors are lovely and always helpful but the services is absolutely ridiculous. I will be raising an official complaint.

Used to be very good when Saeed was on the front desk, since he’s gone it’s gone down hill. Receptionists are on their personal phones whilst you’re waiting or doing other tasks that could be done by the 50 staff in the back office.

No one understands anything you’re saying. Some receptionists book you appointments in advance and some don’t. Some give you misinformation then don’t even apologise for it. They’re dealing with peoples health they need empathy, compassion and customer service training

On multiple occasions I’ve had nurses/doctors tell me they’ve sent a prescription to my pharmacy to find it hasn’t actually been done so I then have to call again because apparently nothing can be done in person anymore. An absolute joke.

Ridiculous waiting times to even speak to a receptionist no matter what day/time you call, even if it's first thing in the morning. I've just spent 23 minutes trying to connect to the surgery! Once connected it's now telling me there's over 30 people in the queue! Then there's the dreaded task of speaking to the surgery staff themselves, who are usually rude and obnoxious. The task of going to the dentist and having a tooth pulled out is more pleasant. The only consolation is I've finally convinced my mother to change her surgery!
