My experience with Magna Care Centre has been outstanding from day one. The staff are not only professional and highly skilled, but also incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely committed to the well-being of every resident. It’s clear that they go above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing, and comfortable environment.

The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are both homely and spacious. The activities provided are engaging and thoughtfully planned, helping residents stay active, social, and happy.
Communication has been excellent.
It gives me great peace of mind to know that each family member is in such caring hands. I can’t thank the team at Magna Care Centre enough for the love and support they provide every single day. Truly deserving of five stars.

Dad entered Magna in October on what we hoped would be short-term respite after falling ill. All the staff there looked after dad with dignity and respect. While he still could, he participated in activities and socialised with other residents. He was happy in Magna. It has a lovely atmosphere with caring staff who really do put the residents first.
It's a clean, open home with a welcoming vibe for all who go there.
Dad passed away at Magna but his time there was a happy one and that is down to the staff who work there.
I'd recommend Magna to anybody looking for a safe, caring and dignified place for their loved ones to live.

Magna care centre is a beautiful fashionable home from home where all residents are connected and enjoy each others company. I think it's because Claire the events organiser is so much fun and the community she has built is wonderful.
The food and cakes look amazing alongside the staff. They are super friendly and know all the residents personally.

I’d like to express my grattitude and thanks to every individual at Magna who supported both me and my dad Steve in his final 4 weeks of life.

The respect, kindness and patience all of the staff show to their residents and family is incredible. It’s so personal and felt like even individuals who weren’t directly involved with my dad’s care, knew his name and would acknowledge him.

Magna and the team is everything and more that you could want from a nursing home, for either yourself or a family member. It’s a shame that my dad wasn’t well enough to enjoy the activities and food menu, but on the occasion that we did participate, both were fantastic.

I have been teaching yoga at this this charming care home for a year and I am so impressed with the care I see on every visit.
My own mum did not come here but I so wish she had. There is never a dull moment for those who want and enjoy the full packed timetable of great activities. All delivered with kindness, understanding and respect. It's wonderful to see and hear the ready humour and stimulating conversation and so importantly, the respect for the individuality of every resident. This is , I believe key to the best care available.
I look forward to my regular visits because it is such a very happy and calming place , for all.

Lovely evening at the Christmas Wreath making.There was so much to work with and plenty of ideas and support .Came home with a beautiful wreath ,just waiting for wind to die down to put up .Evening made extra Christmasy with a glass of mulled wine and mince pie
