I always feel very relaxed on Emily`s treatments. She creates a welcoming and cosy atmosphere and she is very gentle but at the same time confident in what she does.
First I went to see Emily with my neck problem and returning headaches. I also felt emotionally low before the treatment as I had been struggling with my pain for quite a long time. Though I knew I needed more than a session to help my body to regenerate, I felt better immediately after the first Bowen session! Amazing!!!
Emily is a beautiful soul with so much to give to others! I am so grateful for her!

It is quite a skill to achieve a sense of calm and relaxation, whilst offering work place treatments - but Emily really nailed it.
I had a fantastic reflexology treatment, and Emily managed to get me totally out of my 'work head' for a little while. I think she snuck in a bit of subtle coaching as well!
