I was fortunate enough to get an emergency 111 appointment for an abcess. I have an absolute fear of dentists and was in some discomfort. I was seen by Danielle and her assistant who were both absolutely amazing. Friendly and supportive. Absolutely reinforced my faith in dentists again. Thankyou for all that you done. Would love to become a patient at your practice.

Went it to my dentist after having issues with other dentist not being very informal or helpful.. was referred by 111 emergency after I had a hole in my tooth causing lots of pain. Was booked in and offered the choice if I wanted it removed or drilled and filled then and there. Decided for a filling. Was very nervous and anxious but the service from the girls in there was brilliant. Very calm and patient with me. Was in and out within half an hour. Can’t thank this dentist enough for there efficiency to get the job done!

I recently had my first extraction with dentist Danielle and nurse Tessa, I was extremely anxious and nervous about the pain but they thoroughly numbed me and I experienced no pain! They were reassuring and ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole process.

I have just visited this practice after being fobbed off by arcot dentist in Lyme Regis who said I needed a cap, this dentist told me I needed a root canal treatment and have a crack in the tooth so he spent 1 1/2 hours drilling and filling etc, after that he said you need to go to another dentist to get it finished! I woke up that night in absolute agony as a piece of the tooth he had drilled had broken off and left a gaping hole in the side of my tooth, I phoned the dentist next day only to be told they can’t do about it so we called 111 again and got another appointment at another dentist 7 days later, in pain the whole time, the 3rd dentist informes me I need it extracted as it’s so decayed, 2 dentist at my dentist in bridport looked at it and said it was ok to root canal but I now know i was a Guinea pig for the young dentist to practice on, this is outrageous and I have another 3 weeks of pain before it’s ripped out, this country is done for, if you use this dentist be prepared for long suffering pain

As a patient on Pension credit, who can't access an NHS dentist and have been forced to go private, I was horrified to be told that there was an extra charge of £99 if an appointment was made between check-ups. I was told this was on top of the treatment fee. What a disgrace to charge extra for people in pain! It suggests this establishment is all about money and not about patient care. I was told by my dentist that I might have trouble with the tooth in question and if so I should make an appointment but no mention was made of the extra fee involved.

Having paid £99.fore an emergency appointment which I then could not attend I would expect to be charged missed appt fee NOT to be told that all my money is unrefundable. This charge is outrageous in the first place and there is no refund policy displayed at the practice..I will be taking steps to ensure this doesn’t happen to any other patient.

I paid for a check up for my son who had not visited for some years previously. Apparently he could no longer be seen on the NHS and is now a private patient.
The dentist took one look at his teeth and declared they looked fine. No x-rays so any problems there might have been would have gone untreated.
This took 2 minutes and cost over £50.
He is now with a smaller practise in Weymouth which has patient care as its focus, not just money.

After 12 years of not going to the dentist because of my bad phobia, I could not of been given any better treatment then I was given by all the staff. Staff were very patient with me, and all the girls were lovely, considering I was blubbering all over the place.
Keep up the fantastic work, your all brilliant.
