I went to a sound bath with Michael at Sounds Alive on Sunday 30th March 2025. It was incredible. I would highly recommend it to anyone - especially if you have never tried a sound bath before. Michael created a calm environment as soon as I arrived and made sure I understood what a sound bath was, what would happen during the session and how to get the most out of it. The experience was hard to explain but it was very powerful. I loved all the amazing sounds and my brain and body truly relaxed, switched off and rested. I know I will be making this a regular part of my life from now on - thank you Michael!

I just love Michael's sound baths. You can feel all his years of knowledge and experience in the space he creates. I always come out feeling relaxed, refreshed and gently put back together in some mysterious way.

Really enjoyed the sound bath session with Mike. He explained everything really clearly and it was so relaxing - I was able to switch off for an hour (which flew by!) and felt great afterwards. I highly recommend it!!

Michael, of Sounds Alive, combines a gentle humility with a wealth of experience, knowledge and knowing that turns every session with him into something special, whether you go for healing, learning or simply to listen to him. 'Authentic' is a word that is perhaps a little overused these days; in Michael's case, it is a perfect description of him and Sounds Alive.
