I saw one of their counsellors (Stuart) for help with some problems with my mood and with poor sleep that I'd been having. I didn't think that sleep problems would be something that a psychologist would deal with but I was completely wrong - and Stuart is clearly well skilled at it (I later googled him and found that in he's quite known for helping people with their sleep!)

I've used a few counselling services in York and online before (to me seeing a therapist is always helpful) and have to say that I was really impressed. The person on the phone made sure I was matched with a counsellor that was right for me, and the whole process was smooth and stress free

Will definitely use again if I need help and have recommended to people I work with.

I saw one of their counsellors and found them really helpful - they massively helped me work through some anxiety I'd been having. I've not had any problems since but if I did I'd defintely come back and see them again. xx
